Mornin\'...

Hey, Phillis. A steak and shrimp dinner, was it...maybe you should ruin another floor to extend this repairwork that keeps you out of your kitchen, the more time under those circumstances the better.

Nice music cleeks, Webbie lovely soft music, but it almost put me back to sleep this morning, and though I enjoyed Tommy Fleming immensely, I have to go now to find a little blast of something that rocks to get me wired up for the day. Maybe Jimmy Buffet.

See Ya. Take Care.

If you like this music (not everyone does) then also listen to Bridge over troubled waters - Tommy Fleming, especially with the choir and orchestra in the last quarter of the song.

Jack 2, have you started your physio yet?

Kitchen repairs well under way. What a disaster. On the good side, the hubby took me to a delicious steak and shrimp dinner last night. Yum.

For heaven\'s sake, Jack, you have no way of knowing anything at all about me or any facet of my life, so just give it up and stop speculating about it and what you think it might be. I really can\'t imagine why you would bother to think about it at all, let alone comment on another person\'s private affairs. What bad manners. And it\'s still none of your business.

Thank you for the kind invitation to visit. Whatever prompted that? If you are trying to be nice, you are failing miserably. It will be a cold day in hell when I visit you. And that\'s the last word from me on this subject. You can rant on if you want to. Have a nice day.

Ah, you are such a wicked man, Webbie. I was just taking a short break from my computer project, and jumped in here to see what was happening, and there were those tempting cleeks. You know that Annette and I can\'t resist a cleek, so I had to go spend 15 minutes on YouTube to hear them. But then again, a little Rock never hurt anybody, so all\'s well, and back to work I go,

Bye!

That was your own fault, Webbie, for leaving the door to your delete button open. Liz and I just looked at a few bad words, and I deleted a few posts, couldn\'t help trying to see if the delete button worked. I guess it did. Hehehehehe.

So, it\'s Shrove Tuesday and Pancake Day in the UK and Ireland, and Mardi Gras in New Orleans, today, and Lent begins tomorrow. Easter is early this year. I think I\'ll make some crepes later, I learned to do that not too long ago. Those are considered pancakes, aren\'t they?

The only thing I am giving up for Lent is giving things up. I\'ve come to believe that God doesn\'t give a hoot about sacrifices, and we can\'t bargain with Him...He just wants us to be good and be happy. Suits me fine.

Gotta go, lots to do today. Y\'all Take Care.

I hope that brace does some good for you, Jack 2, and the trouble you are having is a good reminder to the rest of us who spend a lot of time working at a computer to watch our posture. Even if it doesn\'t cause us pain, we\'ll get those rounded shoulders that used to be the trademark of draftsmen because they sat all day hunched over their drawing boards.

My Lauren gave her presentation about Ireland in school yesterday, reports are that she did very well, and will probably pull an \"A\" for it. She began to get a little jittery about it as it drew closer, that was the first time she has had to do much in the way of public speaking, she\'s more at home on the soccer field. Her Mama made Irish Soda bread for the whole class, which seemed to be enjoyed by all, and her Mama and I may be as glad to have it over and that it went well as she is.

Mornin\'...

It\'s a bright, sunny morning here, but it is cold. We had a frost last night, and will have one again tonight. Actually, our temps are much like yours, Mieses, that\'s very strange.

Thanks for those cleeks, Webbie. That is just the cutest series about children, I am sure y\'all consider it a national treasure.

Westminster dog show is on, sporting breeds to be shown tonight. The Irish Red & White Setter is one of 3 breeds newly accepted for showing, they will probably make a stir at the show. They are now considered an entirely separate breed from the solid red Irish Setter, where a more than a touch of white in the coat is a serious fault. Still, I think that the there is nothing in the entire world more beautiful than a solid red Irish Setter loping around with the sun shining on that gorgeous mahogany coat. It\'s a gift from God, it makes me cry.

Opinion seems to be that a Whippet will take best in show.

Hi Phillis.

I went to have my shoulders seen to yesterday no physical exercises just a assessment to see what they can do for me, but she told me it is my posture when I sit at the computer I sit with my shoulders slumped forward and my shoulder blades over time are rubbing on my bursa\'s so she has put a strapping over my shoulder and down my back to keep me sitting upright and I have to go back in a week to see if it has done any good,at the moment it still hurts.
