No cleeks today, Webbiekins? I am bereft. I\'m glad to see the weekend coming on, I\'ve had a too-busy week, and I am just staying home and relaxing today. Well, kind of relaxing, in that I can do only what I want to do, rather than any must-dos hanging over my head.

It\'s a dreary morning, though, no sunshine. I\'m waiting for that first perfect day of the Spring when you just have to take that second cup of coffee out on the deck after breakfast, and sit and watch how the sun burns out the morning mist under the big old gnarly oaks at the back of the yard, and hear the birds singing, and watch the flowers you\'ve planted popping up. Life is still good, my dears. I hope you all are planning a nice weekend.

Webmaster-Comment: ....no cleeks.....been busy on the paths and roads - St Patrick's Day is fast approaching and clearing the gum is not an easy task. Hopefully tomorrow. Big Rugby match in Croke Park tomorrow so if you see the red jerseys those will be the Welsh supporters - kick-off at 2.30pm. My already work done today may be reversed. Be good ya'll.

Hey, Phillis. I sympathise with you about that kitchen. There\'s nothing worse than having a kitchen out of commission...except maybe having a bathroom out of commission. Contractors...they do lie a lot. Sometimes, though, the delay is with their suppliers. What will your kitchen be like when it is finished? I myself like just black and white in the things the permanent things that can\'t be changed easily, like flooring and countertops, then you can paint walls a different color and have towels, etc. in different colors in a few years when you have grown tired of things.

Continued...

Cont.

I bought a house once with orange countertops, and I cursed those countertops for 11 years because I hate orange and I couldn\'t justify the expense of changing them out, and they limited what else you could do in there, as to decorating. I used to call them \"the countertops from Hell\". I had to move out of the house to get them out of my life.

That\'s a lovely shot of Lake Leane on CAM 5 today, Mark Westlake. The water is shining like a pearl. Nice old tree. I\'ve got a thing for gnarly old trees, our old live oaks are like that. Their forms are interesting, they just seem to have a presence and a patient personality that younger, straighter trees don\'t have. I always wish I could know what things they\'ve seen standing there so many years. I just like \'em. Thank you for that pic.

Hey, Guys.

Sweet child, Chloe Coyle in the cleek, Webbie. Her parents and town are certainly proud of her. Let us know if she wins the competition.

I\'ve had a busy week, but should be able to slow down a little tomorrow. Just got back from an evening meeting of the County Planning Commission, and and the Planning Official went into a sort of a meltdown tantrum at the end of it...made me happy, I figure that the citizens are doing a good job with citizen input...that\'s called \"Democracy in Action\". I wish citizens were that effective at the federal level, the country wouldn\'t be in the mess it\'s in at the present time.

I hope this isn\'t too late because of the time difference. For Jack 2

Bye!

Good morning to all. Yes, Annette, I got your email. Thanks for the info. Clarence, I do live very near Lake Texoma. Have you visited there? It\'s beautiful, lush green and serene. Some lovely resorts as well.

It\'s to be 7 to 10 days before the kitchen countertops are in, then who knows how long before they are actually installed. I just love this \"2 day job\" line we got from the contractor. However, he did rearrange some cabinetry so I am enjoying a larger kitchen area...I\'m trying to be positive about all this...More rain coming today. Jack 2, I told the clouds to head your way. This is the tornado season here, so rainstorms make me a little anxious.

Webbie was here... how nice. I\'m so sorry Webbie, I don\'t have time today to look at the cleeks. But I\'m sure you deserve the \'Cleek-Oscar\'. And Pat sang out loud enough... hehehe

I\'m just rushing through here to say \'Hello\' to all.

Clarence, great to hear you feel well. Could you, please, do a \'sun-dance\' for us? Long. E 112\'0\" Lat. N 5059\'0\" Thanks a lot.

Hi, anyone out there, I\'m in Reno, Nv. Want to take a trip to Ireland, still have relative\'s there, and would love to converse with anyone lives there and try to make contact, and get local info, I have looked at the live cam, seems everything is closed down by about 9 or ten your time is that right? Here in Reno it\'s a 24 hour town, clubing, bars, gambling etc. ! What goes on there. I would also like to get some inside info on down under, might like to go there also so if from austrailia, let me know also. Thanks
