And now, the most important issue of the day: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GEORGE!!!!!!!! I hope you\'re having a great day, enjoying a lot and not working too much. Have all the fun you can, a huge hug, friend!

Well, that\'s all for now, my sister has just left me to return home, and that means we\'ve had a great, funny and entertaining, but also an exahusting weekend, that\'s why I\'m so tired, in fact I haven\'t been able to rest after returning exahusted from London, but I\'ve had so much fun, it\'s been worthy enough

Hello everyone, as usual, I have no time to read and write your last posts here, it\'s too late and I\'m too tired (again, ufff...), but I\'ll do it soon, I promise. About my 4 days in London: fantastic!!!!! No rain at all, only sunshine and some clouds, amazing and perfect!!! And London is really beautiful, so nice, well painted and preserved, so clean, all the beautiful houses, phone booths, postboxes, iron fences, old-style taxis, so perfectly maintained, and the beautiful famous buildings (the Big Ben, Westminster, the museums, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge, in fact all the bridges, etc. etc.), and the huge street markets (Portobello and Camden) are so funny and entertaining! I really had a great time there, and I\'m looking forward to repeat it! The only problem was to cross the streets, I could never guess where the cars came from each time, ha, haaa... ;-D

Pat, there was a report on TV here last week about the Appalachian Trail. There was a young couple from Tallahassee that started in Georgia to walk the whole trail to Mount Katahdin in Maine. The German film team accompanied them up to the Shenandoah National Park and accompanied another couple up to Maine. They also made a film about the Blue Ridge Mountains. I liked the films very much. It was a great view to the beautiful landscape there.

Have a nice start into the new week all.

Hello everyone, we had dinner with my mother-in-law and I am stuffed. And my fridge is stuffed, too with some of the rests. We had roast lamb and different vegetables and side-dishes. It was an advanced Easter meal...

Phillis, what a white surprise on the first day of spring. I hope your snow is gone again. How is your kitchen project coming along? We had a contractor here for a building project outside last Thursday and I must say I can\'t complain. They were ready within one day just like it was scheduled. Though, you can\'t always rely on them either. We also had a lot of trouble with other projects.

Liz, Robert is on the mend and he will go to school again tomorrow. But we had a great time in the pub last Wednesday and I had a Guinness on all of you. I will send some photos later...

Hello Mr Mies, enjoy your day.

Hello All,

The weather people have promised us a storm to-night but at the moment it is 31c and clear blue skies so it looks like they might be wrong again,we have had the hottest and driest summer on record, even though she has watered the garden each night my wife has lost all her plants with the burning sun,if we ever get a winter she will have to start again and hope for cooler conditions.

Hello Elizabeth.

Have you heard from the main man yet or is he having such a good time that he has forgotten about you,the women in Bali love to teach you how to dance so he should be very busy and with the humidity and exercise he should lose a bit more weight.

Hello All! Last two days of winter, sure were winter in Wyoming. Though the snow has practically all melted by now, but now the spring storms hit, and the weather changes in five minutes around here. Phillis sorry we sent the storm down your way. It left early this morning our area. Nothing else much going on, but just enjoying this first day of SPRING! Yippee!

Love and Hugs,

Steph - Go Ireland.

Ahhhh Spring

No sn*w here, sorry Phillis & Steph(I think) mid 60\'sF here today. The birds were singing this morning & there were 2 ravens calling from our Maples trees all afternoon.

I decided to skip the Sports show today & get a haircut instead. Now I won\'t be mistaken for a bear coming out of hibernation.

I\'ve been working on the stage of & on this week, tournaments start in 5 weeks. I have a meeting tomorrow in the Columbia Basin & I\'ve heard that the Sandhill Cranes are migrating through there now. I just got a new DLSR camera so I\'ll get to try it out. Hope to send a few pictures when we get home.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Phillis, I read about that bad ice and snowstorm in the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma and Kansas and Missouri. Sorry, that certainly must be annoying. The report said that it will get much warmer soon, though. By early next week you should be warm again. I\'ll send you some warm breezes from Florida.

I couldn\'t watch the after-game hullabaloo at O\'Shea\'s, Webbie, so I didn\'t see any more kilts. Who won?

Webbie, I also had a look on the Cams for the \'paths and roads\' after St. Patrick\'s Day and I must say you did a really good work. Probably, you worked all night long to get them in such clean shape. hehehe What happened to your picture-project for St. Patrick\'s Day last year? I could contribute new pictures of this year.

There were some very good cleeks here the last days. Thanks, I enjoyed them. ...and had an extra look for Shirley Bassey\'s dress, Pat.

Our St. Patrick\'s Day party was great though Robert wasn\'t out with us. He had to stay at home with an otitis media. That saved him also a week of school but I hope he can go again next Monday. He was sad that he couldn\'t be in the pub with us. As usually, we got to know a lot of kind people and had much fun.

Have a nice weekend all.

Pat, Clarence, spring started here some minutes ago at exactly 18:32 p.m. and at that time O\'Shea\'s was in the darkness but you could see the sun on Cam4. There was a stripe of sunlight along the building with the internet café just along the left side of the red door up to the upper window and the pavement to the left and half of the street was also in sunlight.

Pat, Yee-hah! Spring finally arrived here last Thursday and I can confirm that it brings particular smiles this year to us, too as we also endured the coldest winter in more than 30 years. So, after work, I was out in the garden this afternoon. I skipped the dreaded housecleaning chores...

Morning...

There\'s a big kilt standing in front of O\'Shea\'s. However, it isn\'t windy enough to make it interesting. Hehehehehe.

Bright periods of sunshine there from time to time, good plan to check it for uniformity next year, Clarence.

It\'s the first day of Spring, Little Chickens...Rejoice. This is from our local newspaper:

\"At 1:32 p.m. today, the sun will be directly over the equator. That\'s the vernal equinox, aka the first day of spring. Spring brings particular smiles this year after Tallahassee endured its coldest winter in more than 30 years.\" Yee-hah!

Phillis, sleet? Bummer.

I\'m off to do some of the dreaded housecleaning chores. Bummer again. Maybe I\'ll check back first at O\'Shea\'s to see if the wind has picked up.

Bye.

Pat
