Hi I have recently booked a hotel on lower gardiner street for a group visit is the area ok

Webmaster-Comment: Jim
Yes the area is fine. There are very few places on earth now that one can say with confidence that they are 100% safe.
We have been in Gardiner St for 15 years now and the area is improving all the time. It's best too to ask your hotel about the area - one can stray off the beaten track and that is where problems can arise. I hope it is a pleasant stay for you all. Slainte.

Webmaster-Comment: Hi Ms Connolly - I'm thinking of entering these dogs in a x-channel swimming competition to help develop their muscles. Leave out some toast for them and they will head your way - maybe when they get some sun and a chase at a few kangaroos they may improve. Slainte

A question about camera 4 - Is Gardiner St the one \'facing\' the camera, or the street that crosses in front of the camera? And what is the name of the other street? - Thanks.

Webmaster-Comment: Hi Tom

The street in front facing) and behind is Talbot St. Gardiner St runs east west as you look at the camera.

Webmaster-Comment: .....Dublin people are the salt of the earth. It's a pity some people spoil it for others. It's the same worldwide though - even where they chop hands off for thieving. All we can do is our best and hopefully some of us are doing that.

Hello Mr. Webmaster: Hope all is well with you on this bright & warm Sunday. Dub Cam 4 is gr8! Nice to see the folks walking about in short sleeved shirts and even a few pair of shorts. Wish I was there to enjoy the sunshine as well. Sunny, humid & 26 degrees here in Scranton, Pa. You become diaphoretic when you merely ambulate. Anyway, we love the cams, especially Cam 4, cheers to all, and best wishes for a good week to all of us working stiffs! GD in good ole\' Scranton, Pa.

Webmaster-Comment: ....here is a bit of useless info for you Gary......You know that establishment you see on cam4 on the left........when you see people standing outside on the steps these are people who come out of the bar for a smoke. No smoking now allowed in bars and some bars dont have provision for "outside" smoking within the confines of their premises so folk ahve to revert to the streets.......strange set up........

the cams are great see you soon

Webmaster-Comment: Hi Brian
....where oh where have you been. We got the grants and we
got the cams....BUT...one more cam to be replaced....it's not
looking like it's gonna happen though given the recent oil
increases and I'm getting a lot of annoyed Train Spotters
commenting on my apparent lack of enthusiasm for that cam.
Ya cant win....lol.
I'm not sure if you have been following our foray into "trams". Very shortly we will be introducing the Luas. In all probability we will want guys to stop these trams at particular junctions. Now theres a job for you....lol. Tell them I sent ya...Bye for now my friend.
