Last note of the weekend, already 4:10 AM your time. Watching 3 lads walking up the street, away from the bollards. Just found out the other day that my great grandmother was Abagail Downy, from Dublin. I was wondering if \"Downy\" is still a common name there or if the name has died out? She has one cousin left, 93, & it was she who filled me in on her maiden name. Thanks 4 any help anyone, or yourself can offer me on this matter. Happy Mondays my dear friend Webmaster! Gary D, in ole\' Scranton, Pa.

Webmaster-Comment: .....the name seems now to be Downey....I will look it up shortly for you. There are plenty of Downeys in Dublin though. I wont be able to pick the millionaires out tho.....eheheheheheheh

Hiya Webmaster: At last, it appears the child in blue has departed from Cam 4. Was glad 2 C that the child/mother finally were released from Cam 4 limbo. Overcast here in Scranton & we\'ve just returned from the 11 AM mass. Dub looks nice & sunny on Cam 2. Wishing I was there. Best wishes for a great week Webmaster-glad Cam 4 is back on \"active-duty,\" & as always, this is my fav site on the internet so thanks for all your hard work! Give us a wave if you\'re ever on the cam webmaster, we\'d love 2 C the genius behind the operation!

Webmaster-Comment: ....Thanks Gary.....I didnt have to shovel the cement off the road so things might be a bit nearer now......lol....We are experiencing some good weather.....likely to break late today or tomorrow.....but it's good while it lasts.....Bye for now.

Hi & hello web master:Late Saturday night here in Scranton, Pa. I have been watching Cam 4 and for the past 2 days it seems to be frozen. It seems the same child in blue attire is walking with his mother at least since Friday A.M.now. Unless, this is some very unnerving Dublin practical joke designed to make us webwatchers go simply mad. Perhaps these are card board figures who appear to be real from this end? Well, I am off to bed, Morpheus beckons me. I hope yours is a Happy Sunday, with good weather there 4 U all. Hope 2 talk 2 u again soon Webby;GD in good old Scranton, Pa.

Webmaster-Comment: Hi Gary......dont blame me for this.....your not going to believe this story but a big cement mixer truck off-loaded cement down that street and didnt have time to notify passer-by or the authorities.....that poor lady and child were frozen solid there for those two days and some cars and a bus. No one could free them but ME....now can you credit that. I had to hop into me helicopter and get back to Dublin as soon as I saw your message. Well all is well that ends well. And that's my story and I'm sticking with it....eheheheheheh....Slainte.

Hello Dublin. Coming to Dublin in July and then Sligo for an Irish wedding. I have two aunts and many cousins in the area. My Mom was born in Ireland and I was in Ireland for 3 weeks, 3 years ago and I miss it . I feel like I\'m coming home even though I\'ve lived in the USA all my life. Can\'t wait to get \"home\" for two weeks of site seeing and meet all the friendly people. Of couse visiting a few pubs.

Webmaster-Comment: Glen

Hope it's a great holdiay and wedding for you. Dont forget that weddings run for two days over here, especially those in Sligo. Dont forget to visit Benbulben. You might get to take in some of Donegal as well. Slainte and good luck

Is it a sunny warm summer day in Dublin today?

May I ask you something? I\'ve been admiring some irish artists as Enya, Roma Downey (Touched by an Angel), Westlife, by the way, how\'s the band faring after Bryan McFadden\'s departure?

Well, uncle Weby, see you!

Kisses

Webmaster-Comment: It is very nice today and warm - but warm for us is 20C.
Those are good artists - add the Corrs.
Westlife are doing excellent without Bryan who now has his own group and a record in the low 20's in the charts. I know this cuz I read. My music is way back in the 60's with the Beatles and the Rolling Stones and the Irish Showbands. Ya wanna look back to the 60's and the showbands (when yer finished studying) at

Awwwww....that was nice. Makes it all worthwhile. Now if they were mobile phone people it would just be better as timing would be spot on - you both could be in contact and they on the cam.
