Hi everyone, again I\'m tired, busy and with hardly no time to post here today, and it\'s too late and I should be in bed right now, but I can\'t go to bed without telling you all...

HAPPY SAINT PATRICK\'S DAY AROUND THE WORLD!!! You can\'t imagine how much I envy the people in Dublin, how I wish I\'d be there tomorrow, and some year I hope I\'ll be! I hope you all will have a great party day tomorrow, and a pint or two! A huge green hug to everyone!

I sent a picture yesterday of some geese, they were on ice, could have been playing hockey or curling, so they must have been Canadian

Liz, you are up early. How is Martina doing today? Well, I hope, give her my love. It can\'t be any picnic for her right now, but I hope she\'s better soon!

Hi, Mies. The Boss...I love him, but that was a pretty croaky rendition of \"Shenandoah\". I enjoyed it anyway, that song can override almost anything that\'s done to it, I guess, and still pluck an American\'s heartstrings.

UNCLE DICK, we don\'t see many Canadian geese here at all, I think we are just not on their flyways, but they do winter further south in Florida in greater numbers. They are very handsome birds.

Check Y\'all out later.

Thanks, Webbie. That littlest Mulkerrin brother, with those dark, laughing eyes, the dancin\' little imp, has to be the cutest thing on earth. I\'d steal him away from his mother, if I could! Don\'t think she\'d let me, though, she seemed to be pretty proud of them.

Multi-talented kids, looks like they\'ve worked hard to be as good as they are. God Bless \'em.!

Sorry Mick, I obviously took the wrong meaning on yours and Pat\'s comments on the Boss cleek. I guess I was interpreting with my own thoughts into it all..I usually like everything he does also...I guess it\'s a matter of different strokes for different folks. At least it wasn\'t E.H.(I can\'t mention his name)..hehehe...I try to avoid fixing beans for Mr. M, he must\'ve sneaked them at work...

Speaking of cleeks...great mix today...Gawd, beautiful tenor voice and funny, corny jokes...Thank you, Webbie

I say chaps spiffing day here what.

Mies - About that big wind, better tell George to lay off the chilli beans.

Sorry to contradict me ol\' cocker, but anything by the Boss sounds good to me.

Annette - I hate decorating and DIY - surprised myself yesterday by fitting a new dog flap after Seamus wrecked the old one going through it like a bone and muscle cannon ball when he saw a squirrel in the garden.

Just put the paper to bed - lots to read - some good news, some bad and some downright ugly.

Hey Liz, almost time for us to get those Kiss Me I\'m Irish buttons out..

Mick, Pat...Bruce singing Shenandoah made scratching a chalkboard with your fingernails sound like a sonnet...

There was a record wind gust of 66 mph..Whoa...

Off to bed...

Night Steph we\'ll be off soon too...Little too breezy for me today, thought we were having a hurricane at times. The birds were having a hard time flying in the wind and rain. When we came around a corner a Redtail Hawk was diving for prey (mouse probably)and apparently the wind caught him just right and blew him flying low in front of our truck. We were so close we could almost reach out and touch him. Luckily he was able to manipulate enough to miss us. Scary moment for both us and the Redtail...

Good night everyone! I\'m off to bedtime. Almost 10 pm here. Pat, I\'m studying too hard. I do take breaks, maybe too many, but other than that I just love this time of the year, and it is hard for me to stay focus on my studies.

Mieses the birds are happy here, they just can\'t wait to build their nests. I keep seeing my tulips starting to come up, and soon they will bloom. Alright, take care all. Annette, share photos!

Love and Hugs,

Steph

Yes, isn\'t that cool to watch the bills you are interested in get discussed and voted on, Mr. Mies? I\'d say you did very well with 96/1. Congratulations.

It\'s gratifying to see legislators listening to the people with boots on the ground, and that\'s what it is supposed to be. I don\'t know how the big interest lobbyists got such a hold on this country, actually I do know, it\'s money, but I hope that hold is loosening. We\'ll be better off if it does.

Sounds like you and Mies had a nice ride today. We don\'t have many swans here, I think it must be wonderful to see them flying. In fact they are not protected here, as they aren\'t a native bird, and that has led to some local controversy.

I\'m off to bed, hope Everybody has a nice week.

OK Pat, Looks like we are tripping over each other. I agree the Legislative process is very interesting. I tracked my fishing bill all this month. It started as HB1993, but was introduced by a Republican appointee who is serving the remainder of a term of a legislator who passed away. So, since no one would vote for his bill, it was merged with a Democrat\'s, HB1778 & it passed last Tuesday 96 yea, 1 nay. It was kind of fun to watch as it progressed & other things were added & taken out of the bill.

We are back from our day trip. Cold, windy & raining most of today but we went anyway. There were a few Tundra Swans left in the field. Even the ducks were gone, I think the had gone to feed in the winter wheat not far away. Then we went to Turnbull Wildlife Refuge on our way home. Just as we got there 2 large flocks of Trumpeter Swans flew over, circled once & flew off to a pond farther away. The wind was blowing hard & we watched them land about 3/4 mile away.To far to walk in the cold rain. All the other ponds were still frozen solid, but it was a nice trip out. We came around one corner & in the standing water in a low spot in a field were 100\'s of Mallard & Pintail Ducks. They flew up & landed a ways away. We backed up, they returned to were they were before. When stopped there they flew back & landed again. They didn\'t want to go far.

Awww, it is nice those cute kids won that talent contest, Webbie. Lots of work to get that good at such a young age. And you have to love \'em, they are so cute.

THAT\'S RIGHT, UNCLE DICK. I TRY TO KEEP UP WITH POLITICAL ISSUES AS MUCH I CAN, AND THE AMOUNTS OF INFORMATION RIGHT AT OUR FINGERTIPS ON THE INTERNET AND TV IS AMAZING. PEOPLE CAN BE BETTER INFORMED IN THIS DAY THAN EVER BEFORE IN HISTORY. I CAN TUNE IN TO THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE RIGHT WHILE THEY ARE IN SESSION, AND SEE LAWS BEING DISCUSSED AND MADE. IT\'S AN EDUCATION.

That\'s a very nice St. Patrick on CAM 5, Gail C. Thank you. Good lighting.

So, you have surfaced Ms. Annette. Nice to see you. Does it feel good to have that job done? Has Franka gone back to school? I\'m sure she was a great helper. Some people are great to work with when you are doing jobs like that around the house, some people are awful to work with. Those last ones are the people who got a failing grade in Kindergarten under \"Works well with others.\"

I haven\'t heard about your oil spilll, Liz. Haven\'t had time to read the papers much, I hope the critters aren\'t having too bad a time of it. I\'ve got an extra busy week coming up, too, I\'m tired just thinking about it.
