**orders a round**

It\'s nice to see everyone around today. Someone wake Liz.

Pat, mudding and taping is a true art. One my husband and I will not attempt. My hats off to ya. Are you available in a couple of weeks? Maybe after our trip.

So far I got:

A 747 ride to Dublin. Picked up by long stretch limo for Parade. Look cute, wave and sing our Anthem. First stop, Raheny to see Liz and Gerry\'s neighbors. On to St Annes park for a photo shoot. A couple of other stops then off to the mouth of the Liffey to pick up Zardos. Thats DAY ONE. That evening we hike up the Wicklow mountains for 3 days of hiking and camping all the while singing our songs and dancing.

Sounds good to me. By the way...would there be a hotel at that campsite?

**crosses fingers** hahaha

Sounds like a great day to bundle up with a book or a movie -- like the Commitments. Gary I have to admit. I watched that movie I don\'t know how many times, but at the last five minutes of the show, I have never seen the end. I know what happens. Isn\'t that so depressing?

Tonight we are going to the movies, so that will be one of my highlights of the week, this of course is the other. Weather is great here. We are in the high 40\'sf. Nice. We can make room for those that are cold here in Wyoming. You can have your own ranch. Just remember the towns are two hours about.

Well take care all. I need to memorize the words for our song. A-E-I-O-U. Got to warm up the voice first. heheheh

Hey, JoAnn, I\'m a very good drywall mudder. Hanging the panels is hard work, they are so heavy, but taping and mudding is one of my favorite things to do. So when you are ready, give me a shout. I\'m yer man! Errrr, your woman.

Charlie, that Raglan Road song is one of my favorites. There is a big long discussion about what it means on a website, but I don\'t care, it means whatever it means to the person who hears it. I always thought it was a very old song, but only the melody is old, the words were written about 1944-45 by an Irish poet named Pat Kavanaugh. When I happen to hear it, it haunts me for days.

Got to go to work. See Ya\'all.

Gerry, can I download these songs? I\'ve been practicing the words...but sadly, I don\'t know the tune. I want to sing loud and proud.

O.K., you guys up there in Canada and PA. You can stop sending the edge of your cold weather to Florida. 22F at 8am on my deck this morning. Came close to breaking records for cold. And don\'t let Mr. S. tell you it\'s balmy in Jax. It\'s cold all over Florida. Cat refused to go out this morning, I had to pick her up and fling her out the door.

Beautiful, sunny day today though, we have just one more cold night coming up, then predicted to go up to 70F on Wednesday. I\'m cozy, I have a central heat and air system, as well as baseboard heaters in each room in case I want a quick warm-up and don\'t want to turn on the big system, as well as a gas fireplace in the living room in case I should lose electricity, and because it\'s pretty.

Hullo, Webbie. Did you have a nice weekend? Glad your team is doing well, JoAnn. Good Morning Steph. Good Night, Liz.

**puts my pellet stove salesman hat on**

Also, after burning for a couple days, we only get very little ash to clean. I shut the thing off, give it about a half hour to cool and then empty out the bowl and the bottom pan slides out to empty.

After that, I fill the hopper. It holds the whole 40 pound bag. Press a button on the side and I have a fire in 5 minutes. It will burn for the enrire day and night.

We have a pellet stove insert:

************************************************************************ />
We also have a stand alone for the addition:

***************************************************************** />
I'll never go back to a regular fireplace.

Hello Everyone,

The kids got a day off from school today because of the snow and low temps. Lucky me! hehehe

Webbie, We have a wood pellet stove. The pellets come in 40 pound bags and burn for about 24 hours. It\'s the best thing ever. NO wood piles in the yard to harbor small animals. NO weekends full of chopping wood and stacking. NO running outside every hour on the hour for wood.

We had a fireplace in our old house...I loved it but this is the way to go. We are in the process of putting on an addition to the house and we have another pellet stove for that part.

The only thing is you have to store the bags. Our are in the garage. We got a ton delivered in the spring. With this winter, we are working our way through it quick.

We also have backup central air.

I\'m nursing my Eagle hangover.

Have a good day all!

JoAnn

P.S. More pictures!

On raglan road on an autumn day I met her first and knew that her dark hair would weave a snare that I might one day rue; I saw the danger, yet I walked along the enchanted way, And i said, let grief be a fallen leaf at the dawning of the day. On Grafton st in november we tripped lightly along the ledge of deep ravine where can be seen the worth of passion\'s pledge, the queen of hearth still making tarts and I not making hay O I loved too much and by such and such is happiness thrown away.

I gave hre gifts of the mind I gave ger the secret sign that\'s known to the artists who have known the true gods of sound and stone and word and tint. I did not stint for I gave her poems to say. With her own name there and her own dark hair like clouds over fields of May.

Ring a ring a Rosie, as the light declines,

I remember Dublin city in the rare oul times.

Full of song and story, heroes of renoun

Passing tales of glory, that was once old Dublin town.

The hallowed halls and houses, the haunting childrens\' rhymes, That once was Dublin City in the rare oul times.

And if I don\'t remember because I was never there,

I\'ll sing this song anyway, cause Gerry\'s paying the fare.

I am a freeborn man of the traveling people
Got no fixed abode, where no man is your master
Country lanes and byways were always my ways
I Never fancied being lumbered

In the open field you could stop and linger
And the small birds sang when wintertime was over
Then you'd pack your load and be on the road
They were good old times for the rover

Sometimes we'd meet up with other people
Hear the news or else swap family information
At the country fairs, we'd be meeting there
All the peoples of the traveling nation

I made willow creels and the heather besom
and I've even done some begging and some hawking
And I've lain there spent wrapped up in my tent
and I've listened to the old folk talking

All you freeborn men of the traveling people
Every tinker, rolling stone, or gypsy rover
Winds of change are blowing, old ways are going
Your traveling days will soon be over

I am a freeborn man of the traveling people
Got no fixed abode, where no man is your master
