Hey everyone! How\'s it going? O\' It\'s a lovely day here. Webbie, and all are welcome, suppose to be 50F. Can\'t work with this nice weather. Pat, I see why they don\'t other the Irish language in school, it\'s too confusing. That little lesson Webbie taught just made me think WOW. I learned one word, cnoc, for now. Did I pass?

Thanks for the sun Liz, those dreams are sad, but they let you know how much you love those people. I dream all the time, the worse dreams are those that your actually are dreaming your asleep and they feel real. I call it the in between worlds - Awake and Dream. Those mess ya up. Okay enough of me. Charlie great picture makes me want to go there. Hey all have a great day, talk to you later.

Pat, I say it the way your book says. No matter where in the country you go it will always be different. Depends on what teacher you get at school 2. Theres a bit of usless information for ya!!

Webmaster-Comment: ...its all about accents and dialects....Munster Irish, Connacht Irish, Donegal Irish. And then there is the question of the "blas". You either have it or you have'nt. Mar shampla.....In Donegal one would pronounce the word "cnoc" (meaning mountain) as cruck - the "n" becoming an "r".

Hello, Webbie...

Oiche mhaith, \"night good\", that\'s easy, it\'s the pronunciation that\'s the killer. You say ee-ha Y, my book says ee-heh wah, close enough. But I will tell you, my 4 years of Latin and 2 of Spanish are of no help. It\'s the vowels that are to blame. I wonder how Mike CA is doing. Best to take it slow, otherwise one gets cross-eyed.

Have a nice rest of the day, Everyone, and Oiche mhaith, Liz.

Pat

Hi Liz, Im not from Dublin, im from Dundalk, its just on the border in county Louth. Its a grand town (now & again!).Has a bit of a bad rep but sure what can i do about that...Hope you sleep well, A good hot bath would definately do the trick, cant beat a bubble bath & fresh sheets on your bed, it\'l set you right off. Dunno about the glass of wine in the shower, doesn\'t sound very relaxing!

I stand corrected the pub is called the Flowing Tide and it is on middle Abbey Street, my husband can\'t believe that I don\'t remember that, ah well, killed too many brain cells. It reached 16 degrees here today so not so cold anymore but am jealous of where Charlie lives, hi everyone by the way, love Fra

Beautiful picture of Lagos, Charlie, you ought to sell it to the Chamber of Commerce. Those little bits of red in the buoy and flag are just right in all that blue and white, you\'d miss them if they weren\'t there. Put your finger over them and see if that\'s not true.

Dd you get any of sailboats with their sails up? That\'s a beautiful thing to see.

Steph, you reminded me, where is that Zardoz? I hope he\'s swimmin\' in warm waters. Do you think we should ask Mr. S to go out in his boat looking for him, he could do the usual, troll a couple of inner tubes filled with beach bunnies and BEER? Always gets the Big Z.

See Ya!

Hi, Guys,

Nice weather here too, Steph. All kinds of flowering trees and daffodils, snowdrops, violets, and Carolina Jessamine vines are blooming.

Liz, I\'ve told you before, try a bubble bath with music on the radio in the bathroom, and a glass of wine on the edge of the tub. You\'ll sleep like a baby, have nice dreams only.

Charlie, I don\'t dream either, you\'re the only other person I know of like that. I go to sleep, I wake up, and there\'s nothing in between. That is what it is usually, but there have been times I\'ve waked up crying out of a bad dream, the feeling of sadness is incredible, and I\'ve come to know those dreams are prophetic. My family knows it, too. Maybe 6 or 8 times in 30 years. I hate it. It\'s creepy. It\'s the price I pay for being an Irish half-witch. Watch it, I said half-WITCH, not half-wit. But it\'s nice to know another non-dreamer.

Oiche Mhaith. How\'s that, Webbie?

Pat

Webmaster-Comment: .....sometimes our dreams are so close to reality that it is frightening.

Word perfect Pat....and how would u pronounce those two words.......lol
Oiche=ee~ha
Mhaith=y

Last word pronounciation would very much depend on the region......lorl

Hi ya Liz, hope you have a great day! 20 mins til I go home for the day. Yeah, It\'s been so nice here, guys I feel like I am in Florida, okay not quite that nice, but still very nice, no rain, wind, clouds, just the pure sun radiating down on me. Enough of that. Poor Webbie getting all that rain. Geez. Where is Brian Gerry & Gary in PA what is up. We haven\'t even heard from Zardoz for a while. Seoirse stop staring at the beach bunnies and get to work. Pat and Joann still getting ready for the big day. Need an update of that BIG trip!!!!

Love and Hugs,

Liz the Flow and Tide is the pub associated with the Abbey Theatre I think, about a block away from O\'Connell Street, had plenty of nice pints in there. Sorry to hear about your bad dreams, you must be worrying about something, hope it goes away. Fra
