Well, that looks more like line dancing, but at least Webbie doesn\'t have to dance with a colon g e.

Getting late here, past midnight, when I turn into a pumpkin and go to bed. Just enough time for me to rag James a little. Before I forget, James, please leave me out of \"big and ugly enough to take care of ourselves\". May characterize you, I don\'t know, but doesn\'t sound at all like me. I\'m really very sweet, though a little sassy.

And remember that when I said I was interested in the history of Ireland, you\'re the one who said it was only full of killings, murders, book banning of it\'s own great writers, etc.,(not mentioning the good things) and I merely pointed out it was the same then in the US, which is supposed to be the bastion of freedom, (DH Lawrence\'s \"Lady Chatterley\'s Lover\" was banned as obscene here until 1960) and to get a true picture of a country, you must consider conditions in the rest of the world in those same times, and that things were better all over now including Ireland.

Good for you to call a spade a spade. Makes for clear conversation. But you can\'t call half a spade a spade, and that\'s what you do when you only tell half a story.

What say you, a chara?

Pat

Why, Webbie, were you and Liz in the big International Tango Contest in Buenos Aires!!!?? I am so impressed, that\'s much more suave and debonair than belly dancing. Can we all tango across the Wicklow mountains if we ever resurrect Gerry? JoAnn and Steph and Sally and I love to tango, too. All together now, sing...\"It takes two to tango, Two to tango, Two to really get the feeling of Romance...\"

Oh Elizabeth we women worry so about eveyone & everything don\'t we? I wish we could stop. The more I hear you the more I like you, dear Liz.James let\"s not bring Alice into it.According to Webbie that wouldn\'t be good.Write a song James. You sound like a very bright, talented man & passionate about issues. Ah Joann I live in new york.It\'s been one heck of a winter.yes warm today, more snow coming but time for spring please.

Webmaster-Comment:
Sally called when she got the word,
And she said: "I suppose you've heard -
About Alice".
When I rushed to the window,
And I looked outside,
And I could hardly believe my eyes -
As a big limousine rolled up
Into Alice's drive...

Oh, I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I feel, and maybe get a second glance,
Now I've got to get used to not living next door to Alice...

We grew up together,
Two kids in the park,
We carved our initials,
Deep in the bark,
Me and Alice.
Now she walks through the door,
With her head held high,
Just for a moment, I caught her eye,
As a big limousine pulled slowly
Out of Alice's drive.

Oh, I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I feel, and maybe get a second glance,
Now I gotta get used to not living next door to Alice...

And Sally called back and asked how I felt,
And she said: "I know how to help -
Get over Alice".
She said: "Now Alice is gone,
But I'm still here,
You know I've been waiting
For twenty-four years..."
And a big limousine dissapeared...

I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I feel, and maybe get a second glance,
But I'll never get used to not living next door to Alice...

Now I'll never get used to not living next door to Alice...

Dont be worring Liz, Patrica and i are big and ugly enought to take care of ourselves lol, we are having a donnybrook minus the blood lol. I have full on sessions here with my Dublin mates about Ireland.

I\'m a very politicial incorrect person, i call a spade a spade.

Now Sally, what songs are you talking about, i can sing any type of song, ask Liz, she is flogging my tape in Sydney at the moment ,lmao. Maybe i could write one for you?

Something like this.

Sally was Alice\'s sister, she lived next door to me, when Alice left in a big limousine. to be continued. lol
