No Marie you haven\'t offended anyone. I\'m sorry you\'re still sick. It\'s a bad flu season.I just hope I get through it.I didn\'t get a shot and if I get flu,Iget pneumonia and end up in the hospital. I know Elena is not well. She has been very quiet.

Ellen, that is so true. I do that a lot except seeing anyone\'s face. Personally when I do it, though I add leaves from an aspen tree twisting in the wind. I have a picture at work that shows a mountain and trees it reminds me to relax. The reason I have the picture is because of the movie \"Collateral\" with Jammie Fox, and Tom Cruise. If you seen it, you would understand. I think I went off again. Take care girls, Sally I am trying to hold on to the storm, but Liz is sending me sunshine. LOL

Oh Sally...reading over the last couple of entries it really does seem like I would have someone in mind under that water!!! No, I have no one in particular in mind.

I hope I haven\'t offended ANYONE by anything I have said. I like and respect the people who come here and I just want us to be nice to each other.

To help relieve stress Here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological texts.

The funny thing is that it really works.

1. Picture yourself near a stream.

2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.

3. No one but you knows your secret place.

4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called \"the world,\"

5. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a

cascade of serenity.

6. Bubbles slowly float to the surface creating a gentle gurgling sound.

7. The water is crystal clear.

8. You can easily make out the face of the person you\'re holding underwater!

Patricia...Amen to everything you said.We are all free to have our own beliefs but nothing gives us the right to offend anyone. Let\'s try to stay nice to one another. You don\'t need to be religious to be nice.

Hi Lorraine...Dublin is here and waiting for ya!

Did a lot of travelling today. I met Colin for lunch in Leopardstown...no, not at the races but eating that food was a gamble in itself, then myself & Laura went out to good old Blanchardstown to do \"a bit\" of shopping. How come when you go shopping with your kids you come home with nothing for yourself???

Webbie,

Not really fog, but the problem we have is when it is windy. The winds gust almost 40 mph alot here. Also when it snows or gets cold, basically when a storm hits. We are using shielded/insulated cable. We had some one shoot through our cable wants and took down a wireless tower. They tried to repair the cable. I think buying that special cable helps. Also canopy has alot of good products we use. Webbie, hopes this helps. By the way it\'s SNOWING!!!
