No e-mail Joann, Ellen i shower and change my clothes twice a day, no dirty old man here, you know how the song goes, men grow bold as girls grow old, there\'s a few old biddies running around with toyboys. It was Oscar Wilde who said, youth is wasted on the young. The joke here is that the poms [English] hide their money under their soap, where do the Irish hide theirs?

The Scotsman replies, \"Aye, ye did lad, boot ah couldnay get meself a shoovel! Ye left th\' Chinese gadgie in chairge of supplies, boot ah couldnay fin\' him either.\"

The foreman is really angry now and storms off toward the pile of sand to look for the Chinese guy ... Just then, the Chinese guy leaps out from behind the pile of sand and yells . . . . . .

An Italian, a Scotsman and a Chinese fellow are hired at a construction site. The foreman points out a huge pile of sand and says to the Italian guy, \"You\'re in charge of sweeping.\" To the Scotsman he says, \"You\'re in charge of shoveling.\" And to the Chinese guy, \"You\'re in charge of supplies.\" He then says, \"Now, I have to leave for a little while. I expect you guys to make a dent in that there pile.\" So the foreman goes away for a couple hours and when he returns, the pile of sand is untouched. He asks the Italian, \"Why didn\'t you sweep any of it?\" The Italian replies, \"I no hava no broom. You saida to the Chinese a fella that he a wasa in a charge of supplies, but he hasa disappeared and I no coulda finda him nowhere.\"

Then the foreman turns to the Scotsman and says, \"And you, I thought I told you to shovel this pile.\"

I\'m fine today,Patricia but for a couple of days I was feeling miserable.That\'s exactly what I\'m doing,Patricia.It\'s for my family(kids, nieces, nephews, grandchildren & so forth) My cousins wife made the book up in 1977 and I\'m revising & updating it.Needless to say I got a little too caught up with all the reading and typing.I\'m feeling a lot better and have learned a lesson.Never too old to learn what not to do.

Patricia...Marie is the Zombie in the family and I think Liz has the same affliction! I never get out of bed unless I have a really bad cough or something and I don\'t want to disturb Colin but that is very rare.

I\'m off to my bed now...and I don\'t expect to be up again until about 8am.

On the geneology front...have you tried your local LDS Church? (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). Ours has a free Family History Centre and as far as I know, they all do.

Yo, Inch! Nice to see you back. Doing alright?

Search is still on, as you know. No new developments that I am aware of, though.

I saw your last post, and I am going to look at that website, then go do some errands.

See Ya!

Hi, Liz, are you up and at \'em?

Shame about the pussy cats, really makes me sad. I like cats, but I like dogs better. You have feral dogs in Oz, don\'t you, a dingo? My neighbor had one, I guess they breed them now here. Funny little critter that one was, it wasn\'t even pretty. Another thing I\'ve been wanting to ask, do you have Jacaranda trees in Queensland? We have them in central Florida, I love them, and I think I heard that they were native to Australia. They are my favorite trees.

Hi, Sally. I was wondering where you were last night when I was on here. Hope you are better soon. I do genealogy, too, and am trying to get my info together to do a book for my kids and neices and nephews. It\'s a lot of work.

Ellen & Marie, and you, too, Liz, it always sounds like you are leaping into and back up out of bed all night long. Does insomnia run in your family? I\'m a night owl, but once I\'m in, I\'m in until the next morning. The only thing that ever wakes me up, and this is rare, is if the cat jumps on the bed and wants to go outside. Then I get up and let her out, there is an outside door to the porch in my bedroom. Then it\'s back in, and back to sleep till morning. But you all get up for drinks of water and play on your computers at all hours. I couldn\'t even FIND the computer if I woke up in the middle of the night.

Any news from the voter registrations or tax rolls on the missing Phil? if he doesn\'t turn up soon, we\'re going to have to send Charlie to scour the pubs in the area.

See you later.
