And finally, I know I owe some of you many answers to your last mails, I couldnít find the time to do it up to now, but I hope Iíll do it soon, ok? The problem is that next week is going to be awful, after working in the morning (until 3pm) Iíll have to go to attend different kinds of business (annual taxes report, gym, massageÖ) and after that I have to go the rehabilitation sessions for my knee (I start them tomorrow) from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, therefore, next week, from Monday to Friday Iíll leave my flat at about 7:15am and Iíll return after 9pm, I hope youíll understand me if Iím a bit absent againÖ I feel tired just thinking about it!!!

By the way, Webbie, in Amsterdam, on Saturday May 3rd, I was able to see the football match in which FC Barcelona smashed the poor fools in Real Madrid, in their own home, did you see it? It was sooooo greeeeaaattt!!!!

And one more thing: Happy Motherís Day to all the momís in the GB! Motherís Day in Spain was last Sunday, not today, how weird that the date is not the same worldwide (today itís Motherís Day in Holland too)Ö

besides, I saw millions of tulips, jacints and other flowers in a huge park (not petunias, Webbie...), and also some tulip fields close to the roads, it was all soooo beautiful!!! (youíll see pictures of them too, I hope); besides, I visited some nice small villages and towns, and of course I also visited a bit of Amsterdam (the Anne Frankís Museum, the Red Light District, the canals from a touristic boatÖ), and the best of all was how kindly my friends and their relatives treated me, theyíre such nice and kind people, so generous and charmingÖ You all would love them too, Iím sure. So the trip was perfect, even though it was too short, I hope Iíll be back soon, weíll seeÖ

Hello everyone, Iím back alter all these last days of absence, and itís been an awful weekend, by the way, Iíve been soooo busy again, I havenít been able to rest after the trip to Holland. By the way, the trip to Holland was simply fantastic: I had loads of fun on Queenís Day, we all wore orange clothes and funny hats, crowns and tiaras (youíll see pictures soon, I hope), unfortunately a crazy stupid guy killed several people in a stupid attempt to hurt the Royal Family, too sad; -->

Mornin\'...

HAPPY MOTHERS DAYto all America\'s mothers, and I\'m glad you had a nice one, Liz.

Mieses, your Celtic Woman night out sounds great...they do put on a fine show, but the enchantment of the first ones dims like everything we get used to. The \"new\" wears off. Sad, but that\'s the way it is. Still, they are a lovely group, and you begin to cherish your favorites more. Mies\'s favorites are mine, too.

It\'s cloudy here, today, but I\'m off to enjoy my Mothers Day. Take Care, Everyone.

Home again, O\'Dougherty\'s Irish Stew, Corned Beef on Rye w/horseradish & a black & tan. Mies had Guinness battered fish & chips Then off to Celtic Women, better than last year, but still not the same magic as the first one. Mies still likes the drummer & \"I Am The Voice\" best.

Thanks Pat, I was looking for the shopping center explosion but couldn\'t find anything local. It can be confusing with a Washington on each coast.

Liz, I heard about that shopping center gas leak explosion, too, but it was in Prince Georges County, Maryland, which is close to Washington D.C. and not out West in Washington State where the Meises are. 6 people hurt, mostly firefighters, not really badly hurt, nobody killed.

Gotta go, Y\'all have a nice weekend.

Micilin, that is a shame as I know you would enjoy it.

Go back to http: www. pbs. org (close up spaces) and bang around in there from that direction under \"American Experience\" at the left side. That might get you to the episode about Geronimo, at least.

Hello chaps

George - Cracking pic. I have a pair of collared doves nesting in the garden. Like swans, they mate for life and if one is killed the frantic cooing of the remaining bird at it searches for its mate is heartbreaking.

Patricia - Yep gotta admit when I think of Indians it\'s always the blokes in breechcloths and moccasins riding painted ponies across the prairie. Loved Dances With Wolves.

Logged onto that website but it wouldn\'t let me open the programme, message said something like \"not available for viewing.\"

Annette - Don\'t let them blokes anywhere near your kitchen unless they sign a legal document agreeing to mop up the mess.

That PBS series sounds very good but it will take me a while to watch and understand it. So I will see when I can find some time to watch some parts at least. I saved the link for later.

Mr Mies, that\'s a great photo. It seems the dove got already accustomed to your neighbourhood. And it likes to be fed. It would be great to see the little doves.

Pat, good you are up your feets again. Let your daughter pay for her fit of laughter. There will have to be a pompous dinner for you. hehehehe

Liz, that is a nice idea to invite the mothers and grandmothers to the school. I bet you had a lovely time. We also have Mother\'s Day next Sunday and my \'men\' already told me I won\'t have to cook. They will do it. I just wonder who will clean the kitchen after cooking...

Later...

Good morning, Treasa. That\'s funny as I also looked for that word in my dictionary but couldn\'t find it. Steph will have to explain it for us. Stephanie, don\'t overwork.

Nice to hear you feel better, Treasa. Here around they say pure pomegranate juice is also good for such cases. But it\'s difficult to buy it here. I sometimes ordered it online.

A blue tit on eight eggs... that\'s incredible. Poor mama-bird will have to feed a lot. Let\'s hope papa-bird will help.

Stephanie, I just googled \'Dibeling\' and still no wiser. I am not familiar with the word... Thanks for the tip about cranberry juice. I actually like cranberry juice and several people say it\'s brilliant...

Anyway, I am going to work today, still not 100% but I am 95% better.

Take care everyone, catch you all later.
