Liz, I’m sure you had a great funny time with three small children and some pets there, ha, haaa… Such a pity if you didn’t take nice pictures of them all

Amie, welcome here, come and tell us how Liz gives you a hard time every time she does it, ha, haaa…

Mies, where are you, friend?

Mr.Mies, you’re right, Pat could be the first person to grow a “green salad” plant, he, heee… Please, send the pictures of huge fishes to everyone, not only to Robert, pleeeaasssee!!! Too sad about that 19 years old girl killed in the road, too sad

Mick, don’t get me wrong, I just visited the Red Light District… for the second time… because my friend wanted to see it at least once, but again I found it as nasty and ugly as I did the first time, the girls behind the glasses is something I can’t accept, they’re treated as if they were objects, too sad And I also hated the smelt of joint in some corners, too bad, how good I only spent some minutes there Apart from this, the trip to Holland was perfect, and the Dutch people were great! Seamus is not only cute, he’s also soooo funny!

Webbie, thank you for the last cleeks, fantastic! By the way, in Spain we have Fandango and Fandanguillo, which one do you choose? And you did a good work giving Pat the video of the song she was singing: \"When the moon is in the something something”, haaa, haaaaa…

Pat, how’s your poor fat lip now? I hope it’s not fat anymore I hope that Jasmine plant grows in your garden and smell a lot, they smell soooo good And I hope you’ll get lots of tomatoes too and good luck with your classes of stained glass, you busy girl!

Hi everyone, I\'m back after an exahusting week, and I have another one ahead, too bad. Today was the only day I\'ve had some time to answer mails and post here in the GB, too bad. At least, I\'ve been able to read all the posts from these last days, and of course I have things to tell you, so there I go!

About the last pictures in the POD, I loved them all again. About the picture of the chocolate sculpture, you can imagine what a delicious and glorious smelth there was in there, perfect, I actually became maniac for a chocolate bar!

Beautiful bird on CAM 5, Mike Lester. Incredible colors. Surely, it\'s a peacock, I don\'t know any other bird with colors like that. Great shot. Thank you.

Hope everybody is having a nice Sunday.

Yee-hah! My beautiful filly just won the Preakness, great race! She had the worst gate position, on the far outside, but she just popped out, crossed over and took the lead and never gave it up!

First filly to win the Preakness since 1924, her jockey said she didn\'t like the track and had to work hard, and Mine that Bird did a great run, coming up through the pack from way in the back to come in second. But that was just his kind of track. If it had been a longer race, he MIGHT have taken it, but hey, there are always those variables of how wet the track is, how lucky a horse is to find a hole in the pack to move up in, lots of things, and in the end the BEAUTIFUL girl beat all the boys and that\'s the end of it. YEE-HAH!

The Preakness race is on today at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore. Favorite over the Derby winner Mine that Bird is a filly, Rachel Alexandra. A filly hasn\'t won the Preakness since 1924. Go, Girl!

Mornin\'...

Good Night, Liz. It gets a little lonesome on here on the weekend, doesn\'t it?

Nice chocolate sculpture on CAM 5, Mar. Looks exactly like Louie Armstrong. Very artistic rendering of music notes on the drumhead. Somebody should steal the design and make a printed fabric like that. It would be quite pretty.

I\'m feeling the need for some chocolate from looking at just one picture, a whole museum full of it would have me a raging maniac for a chocolate bar by the time I got through there.

I hope everybody is having a nice weekend. I\'m off to see if there\'s any chocolate in the house.

Mornin\'...

There was bright sunshine here earlier, but it is rapidly clouding up. That\'s OK, we need rain.

I liked the cleeks, Webbie. You might have a look at CAM 3, it\'s showing me a pic from Wednesday.

Isn\'t that always the way, Treasa, when the house gets in a mess, that\'s when company decends on you right and left??!!! It\'s true, though, when they say that they came to see you, not the house.

Busy day coming up for me, gotta go. Hope you all have a very nice weekend.

Anyway got to go to work, and tomorrow my niece receives her first Holy Communion... It is also her birthday, and while Holy Communion and birthdays are alwasy big events, this is extra special.

Maureen was born at 24 weeks, weighed 1lb and 1oz, and needed lots of care as a baby.

Tomorrow she will be nine years old, she is the prettiest, most affectionate child in the world, clever, athletic, funny, polite yet firm if she has a strong view on something....

On the run now, catch you all later.....

Wednesday evening the phone rang and it was Ken\'s best friend since his first day at college, she now lives in Toronto but was home on holiday and was on her way to us for a few days. Seconds later the phone again, my niece and her partner home from Australia were on their way to visit.....

So there we were.... no main bathroom facilities, no tiles on the kitchen floor, dust and muck everywhere and I thought, someone, somewhere is playing a huge joke on me!

Funny thing... we had lots of stories, jokes, laughter and a few little tears and nobody noticed the mess (except me).

We are tiling the main bathroom and kitchen and utility. (The tiles there are over 20 years old). In Ireland \'Murphy\'s Law\' really applies BIG TIME. Anyway, nothing in the bathroom, just the 4 walls, every bit of sanitary ware moved out, old tiles removed, mess everywhere, and a car load of visitors (\'The Boss\'s\' cousins from England) arrive.

(Actually, Micilin, they live in Lieghton Buzzard). Anyway they are cool, so there was no hassle. That was on Tuesday night.

That\'s a beautiful CAM 5 pic of the old tree in County Meath, John Bellew. I\'ve got a thing for old trees, just love \'em. I always wish they could talk, so you could sit under them and let them tell you stories of all the things they\'ve seen over the years.

Are we having a tomato race, Mike CA? You will probably win, I should have had mine in a month ago. I don\'t have any blossoms yet. Maybe I\'ll go out and give mine some tomato special fertiliser tomorrow. Wanna race, Annette? Who else is growing some? The poor Mieses won\'t have any until October, with the weather they\'ve been having.

Just got in from a county planning meeting, evening meetings make the day seem so long. We finally got a little rain today, and I can hear thunder right now, so it\'s time to shut down so I don\'t get my computer zapped by lightning. It\'s a good evening for sitting in the BFC and reading.

Y\'all take Care.

Pat
