Bummer, bummer, bummer. I wish I could really swear on here, because I just lost a long post, and now don\'t have time to write it again.

Grey morning, rain on the horizon, (of the \'reeks\').

Stay safe everyone, and catch you all later.

Love

Treasa.

Liz, Liz, we are in trouble if Webbie sees that we thought there were only 12 stations, I just read that the correct number is 14. Don\'t anybody tell him, because if you do, I\'ll have to lie and say that I was using the ancient number of 12 stations, as practiced among the early Middle Eastern Amalgono Christians, which I just made up entirely, and then I\'ll have to do anoher whole round of stations to get forgiven for that one. SSSHHHHHHH! Not a word!

Hummmmm. I got to thinking that people that weren\'t brought up Catholic might not know what we are talking about when we mention the \"stations\". I thought I\'d tell you, and Webbie can correct me if I go astray.

In every Catholic Church, there are a series of small plaques or paintings in a certain sequence from left to right around the walls. 12 of them, I think. They are called the \"Stations of The Cross\", and they portray things that happened to Christ on the way to being crucified. You walk around to look at them in order as you pray, and they help you to keep your mind on the sufferings of Christ, and to think about it. You can do it alone anytime, or in Lent, and in some churches on Friday evenings, a priest will lead the prayers for a group.

Now you know what the \"stations\" are. You\'re welcome.

We had a big electrical storm here last evening, 2 to 4 inches of rain in an hour, some flooding and 8000 power outages in Tallahassee.

My lights blinked a couple of times, but didn\'t stay off. However, I had no phone connection on my land line phone, and no connection to the internet, it was as dead as a doornail. I was just about to call the phone company this morning using my cellphone, and something made me call my own land line phone number first...and the phone rang and everything started to work. Now some electrical genius needs to figure that one out for me, and I\'ll sell that cure to the phone companies for a million dollars.

I\'m off to check out the Webbie\'s cleeks, they look good. Off shopping later today, before the predicted afternoon storms hit, I hope.

Y\'all be good.

Mornin\'...

Hey, Mr. Mies. Sounds like a good weekend, I\'m glad you two are home safe.

There are too many bad things happening to good people, lately. It looks like most of us have an upcoming serious medical treatment or a sickness among family or friends. I\'m praying, and you and Webbie better step up the hours on your knees at the Pro Cathedral, Liz, and hit those stations hard.

Steph, keep us informed about your mother, I know that\'s scary. And Treasa is right, we just don\'t think about how blessed we are to be healthy ourselves.

Hi all, We\'re back home safe & sound. I tried to post last night but fell asleep trying to type. As I thought we had no internet without driving a couple of miles. We weighed 990 fish with 88 teams. e had great weather, lots of sun & just enough wind to be comfortable. Well it\'s back to work now, I\'ll post more this evening.

Webbie and Liz, now you two, I hope you are saying your prayers in the Pro - not talking and laughing or anything else.......

2 rounds of the stations for each of you......

Mike, I have sent mail again, but you must not have received it. I don\'t know what is wrong, I copied your mail address to my address book so it should be right.

Maybe if you send me a mail...

Anyway, everyone else I hope you are all well.. Got a card from Mar in NY. She is having a great time.

Off to work for me.... full day today.

Take care and stay safe, catch you all later.

Love

Treasa

P.S. I see Webbie is tempting again with his cleeks.... Will check them out later Webbie, thanks..

Morning everyone,

Lovely bright morning again, calm and already warm. Only downside here is that Saturday and Sunday were dull and damp. Looks like we will have all the sunshine during the week (when everyone is at work), and dull weather at the weekends. But never mind, at least we are getting some sunny weather.

Stephanie, thanks for you kind wishes, and I pray that everything goes well for your mother. People who have full health should never moan about anything, but we do....

OK Liz we\'ll be off to the Pro again this morning. We might get three Rosaries in this time. We won\'t forget Jack, 1,2 ands 3 in our prayers.

We will also pray for those who are sick and dealing with sorrow. We will also pray for those who are feeling the bad results of the world economic depression.

And after that Liz we\'ll call into \"the Confession Box\" and have a couple of pints to start the day - I\'ll drink yours if ya dont want it....hahahahahah

Thanks Liz. She is tough! When I was a kid she was almost in the hospital for a whole year it felt like. She had seven surgeries. My older sister had a lot of responsibities, she had 4 younger sibling to take care of at the age 10 or 11. I do remember the good times during that time. We got a swing set, my dad could his famous bean surprise meal, which was funny or smelly, I can\'t remember which one, but my dad took us out in the desert so my mom could rest, so I will always remember the good times over the bad times.

Hello all! Just trying to fix dinner, water the lawn and study. By the way, it\'s hot here for me. The weather channel says 79 Thurs - Sat, but the local internet site says 90\'s. I prefer the 70\'s since I have to go to the hubby\'s family reunion which is in Colorado. I hate traveling on the 4th of July.

Treasa, I truely am sadden by the sadness you and your family have suffered lately. I will pray that they maybe safe, and be able to remember those that they lost, and celebrate those lives.

Take each day to smell the roses all!

With that, I must admit, I have some scary news myself. My mother who has never had a healthy body, will have two surgeries this coming month. One on her bladder, and the other on her heart. I pray that during this time she can make it through. Definitely since she lost a cousin to heart surgery recently.

Love and Hugs,

Steph
