The reason I was really needing to connect here was to wish Annette a Happy Birthday. And many happy returns, my friend!

Have a good one, never mind the yellow chin, it should be turning a nice pale shade of green by now. Hehehehehe.

I have been off the air for a number of hours, my modem would not connect with the internet. I reach my server through my telephone line. My phone wasn\'t working, either. I had to do my old trick of phoning my land line using my cell phone. Fixes it immediately. I can watch the \"connected\" lights going on on my modem. I don\'t understand this, and discovered it in desperation by accident, but it\'s worked several times now. Remember this, it may come in handy for you someday.

Thank you Webbie, for putting up Chrissy\'s death notice. It\'s a nice thing to know where our GB friends are at the time of the funeral and so on, so we can say a special prayer then. I know I will.

Thank you to everyone who sent good wishes, prayers and thoughts our way. Apart from the heart wrenching feelings of grief, the overriding feeling we have is that of gratitude to have had the honour and privelege of knowing Chrissy. A great sister and pal. Thanks again everyone. Wish you could have known her. All my best to everyone on the GB.

Lordy, that\'s a wonderful vehicle on CAM 5 today, S. O\'Muiri. It looks like it was put together using a washing machine motor and some pot lids.

Very fine contraption, and I\'ll bet it sounds great, running. Is that a rear view mirror I see on the...errrrr, \"front steering assembly\"? Hehehehehe. I love it.

Liz, are you crazy? Ayers Rock in my garden... Even a rock collector like me doesn\'t want to have all the tourists that would come as its entourage. I wouldn\'t have enough seats for the visitors. hehehehe

Yes, Pat, some makeup had to cover my yellow chin today. Though, some people were a bit confused and curious but I didn\'t tell anything.

Mr Mies, it\'s just fair that Mies will get a pebble for all her work.

Mies, hang in there because of a big rock. Constant dripping wears away the stone... huh... fits perfectly to the subject.

Hello chaps

Annette - Yep, they\'re tough ol\' birds alrighty.

Patricia - Some people never learn and all his bullying has got him is a criminal record.

Mr Mies - A trip upriver to Montana, sounds the business. Don\'t suppose you\'ve got a butty boat by any chance?

Webbie and Jack - thanks for The Beatles clicks.

Gonna be busy the next coupla weeks - just me and the work experience lad on the firestep at Fort Apache, but I\'ll be checking in as often as possible.

Morning from a grey wet Co. Kerry. Underfoot is very very wet, and with two carloads of visitors yesterday, including 6 children who decided to open the gates to the lower garden (which has been water-logged now for the past week), and take Val in there to play. Well we spent the evening washing mud off of children and dog. I\'m not able for it any more - kids.......

My sincere sympathies to Jim, Marie, Ellen and Liz on their sad loss of Chrissy. You are in my prayers at this difficult time for you.

Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam dilis.

Hi to everyone, take care and be safe.

Catch you all later.
