Cow tipping or cow pushing is the purported activity of sneaking up on a sleeping, upright cow and pushing it over for fun. In reality, though, cows do not sleep standing up. Therefore cow tipping is a myth.

This means Annette really had a hard time pushing over that cow...Your Welcome

Well Liz, you are right Franka is cleared from Cow Tipping...Annette is the culprit for sure..

Seagulls engines?...I had never heard of them. Of course, that means nothing as I am not very savvy on boat motors. They look like the Johnson\'s of his Dads. They are nothing like the big, expensive gas guzzlers of today.

Mr. M had to go back to work last night as he is on call this week. We had the heater on in the truck, it was soooooo cooold!. Geez, seems like we never have normal weather anymore. We go from one extreme to the other. Next week suppose to be in the 90\'s again....

Shed building weekend for us. Rain or shine..

Have a good one ya\' all..

Come on Annette, fess up. You were Cow Tipping weren\'t you?} Which one of you did it? Robert? Mr. Annette? Franka? I BET it was you! Fun photo and beautiful view. Thank you for sharing...

Something\'s rotten in Denmark or maybe I mean Sweden.. A ransom scam drummed up between Erica and our Webmiester??? When is he going to learn that his GB visitors are cheapskates?

We liked the Moynalty video. The old outboard motors reminded us of Mr. Mies\'s Dad. He had at least a dozen of the old Johnson motors. We think his Mom sold them at her garage sale for next to nothing...

Webmaster-Comment: I think those engines were Seagulls.

Nice picture om CAM5 Annette, that looks like one of the 3 cows I milked morning & night when I lived in Idaho. The hills look pretty steep, I\'m not sure I\'d like to herd cows in those hills.

Mick-I\'ve been to the Bison Range & smelled the bison not that pleasant on a hot summers day.

The coffee & breakfast cooking on CAM5 remind me of a few hunting & fishing camps I\'ve been to. A good solid breakfast & some toast & bacon sandwiches for lunch is all you need to get you through the day.

Sorry about the ransom, Webbie. Times are tough. We missed you, but not $1.47 worth.

Ellen never pays the kidnappers when we send it to her, she just keeps it, and you eventually turn up, anyway. Besides, half the time we think you\'ve been kidnapped, you are just up at the Pro visiting Erica the Swedish tourist. We are not as dumb as we look.

Tough ecomonic times call for tough measures. You\'re on your own, Darlin.

We use \"nicked\" for that, too, Micilin, but I do think it is English in origin. Kind of on-the-fly quick stealing, same as swiped, nabbed, filched, and what else? How about the old army one, \"requisitioned\"?

Moynalty, Yee-Hah! Love those beautiful draft horses.

My lunch is ready. Everybody have a good weekend.

Hello chaps

I always thought nicking was a Brit word for stealing - seems I was wrong.

Love the pic on 5, reminds of those long ago days working with the Norwest crew putting the telephone wires underground, great slide show too.

Tech boys came in yesterday to make \'improvements\' to the system. Gordon Bennett why don\'t they leave things along.

Reding a great book by the bloke, can\'t remember his name, who wrote Band of Brothers.

Crazy Horse and Custer, historical drama at its best, can almost smell the buffalo and hear the pounding of the ponies\' hooves.

Bloody times on the plains.

Why didn't someone pay the ransom.........same old. same old I suppose.#]#

The recent Moynalty Steam Threshing Festival provided the venue for some of the pix supplied by S O Muiri and L O Muiri. The emphasis in this little movie following was not on the "steam" aspect but if you search youtube earlier years you will find plenty of that and some.

Some roast pork coming up too.

He-He Annette, now that your stuck to your keyboard I don\'t have to worry about you nicking my rock.

Good one Pat, Why didn\'t I think of that? I should\'ve put the key in his sandwich. He\'d never know.... I like the drawing you sent us of my Elk Rock with the grasses around it. Thank you...Maybe adding some larger pieces of driftwood, which I have collected from various places, would look nice with it? You are very talented. Have you ever used one of the graphic tablets that you hook on the computer?

That is a cool photo on cam 5..I like the smoke around those very well used pots....You\'re right Liz, you can almost smell the wood burning and also hear it crackling too..Thanks, L. O\'Muiri...

I better go give Mr. M a hand as he is working on the shed after work, and we\'re burning daylight as the saying goes

Good Morning, Liz. Thanks, I\'m all well, now. You can\'t keep a good woman down. That\'s a song, isn\'t it? No, wait, that one is about keeping a good man down. Close enough.

Awwww, I love CAM 5 today, L. O\'Muiri. I can smell the coffee. Those cast iron cooking pots are wonderful, nothing cooks like they do. Cowboy coffee in the morning outdoors...there\'s nothing better. That\'s when you just dump the coffee grounds right in with the boiling water, none of those sissy little baskets to put the coffee in, and when you get to the bottom of your mug, you just spit out the grounds that are there. Ptooooie! Ptoooooie! That\'s real cowboy stuff.

\"Oh, give me a home

Where the buffalo roam,

And the deer and the antelope play...\"

Bye.

Glad you\'re better Pat. Webbie does seem to be missing. At his age you wouldn\'t think he\'d have so much stamina. Erica must really be good...Sorry Liz, plug your ears.

Actually, I\'m much better this morning, probably about 98%, and no fever. But don\'t tell Webbie.

Thank goodness that I am not a probable suspect in any rock heist that might happen. I have my faults, but I am not a known rockinista.

The Tall Ships are in Belfast today. 500,000 people expected to see them by the end of the weekend. I\'d love to see them. By the way, does anybody know how the private group that is collecting money to raise the Asgard II is doing? I hope they succeed, I truly loved that ship, and would be happy to see her sail again.

I\'ve got work to do today, Y\'all be good.
