Sorry about your sore throat Pat. Did you catch your death when Webbie made us stand against that wall?! It was so cold and rainy. I think he forgot about us as we stood there for hours without water or food. He probably was at church praying for our souls...Right?...

I like the sea grass idea. Actually we kinda need suggestions as it was an impulse buy...One of those things that you like and think you\'ll find somewhere for it..Take care of that throat and enjoy your book...

I\'ve been home all day with a sore throat and a fever, but I feel better already this evening, I am a tough cookie, I\'ll be good as new tomorrow.

Eamon, I\'m reading the book you recommended, the O\'Flynn \"There Is An Isle\", and you are right, it is much better than \"Angela\'s Ashes\", has the history of the place and the people, and some old poetry and stories woven in, which to me makes a much better book than the other. I don\'t think I could have read another word of McCourt telling how horrible it was for him and his little siblings. Poor is one thing, not so nice but not so awful, either...depraved and cruel is another.

I\'m off to bed with a cup of hot chocolate to read some more for a while, and get to sleep early.

Y\'all be good.

That is one gorgeous rock etching, Mieses. The colors of the stone are truly beautiful, and the drawing is very nice. Where will you put it to show it off properly? You could raise it up on a concrete plinth, and ring that around with smaller rocks, then plant ornamental grasses below it. However, you probably got some good ideas for it at the rock sales place, that place is knockout.

Whoops, what a time to screw up...\"Rock\" etching...Rocking??? And to think I even reread it before posting...

I guess it was Liz\'s fault as she told me & all wimmin with rocks (in head?) to stand up. The problem was I can\'t type and stand or chew gum all at the same time

Darn nice looking $325.00 rocking etching on cam 5, George Allen. Your are lucky your wife likes those kinda rocks instead of the shiny, really expensive ones...

Annette, just think how much money you paid for that yellow chin. Your Dentist should\'ve at least sent you a birthday card! A BIG ONE! \"Shiftless, lazy and lethargic\", sounds like the day after a wine induced good time...Been there, done that, bought the shirt.

Hands off my rocks, young lady!

So, I thank you all very very much. Mike, thanks for your sunshine. It was here on time. Mick, I enjoyed your greetings without the animated gizmos. Webbie, Mar, Stephanie, Liz and Mr Mies, thanks for your greetings. Pat and Mies are probably still standing by the wall. Perhaps I can get some information about Mies\' rocks from Mr Mies as long as she is busy with facing the wall.... hehehehehe

Had to work today. So, \'incapacitated\' isn\'t quite the right word. Shiftless, lazy and lethargic are the right words for my state today. That\'s why I\'m gone now. I NEED my bed. I must sleep a bit more until the weekend for the \'real\' party on Saturday.

Hehehehe, Pat and Mies, I see you are jealous of my yellow chin. But it\'s my chin and it was hard work to get it... Put your own effort into it.

I had a really nice day yesterday. I was on here in the evening and saw Pat\'s and Mies\' first smilie clusters but couldn\'t post as the phone rang continously. Many of my friends couldn\'t reach me during the day as I was out for a \'girl\'s-day\' with Franka and in the evening we had dinner all together in a restaurant. But I was impressed by all the smilies here and I wonder why they are gone... at least some of posts...

PAT,(AND Mr. M) \"Last word\"? How the heck do ya get the last word on this GB? I was just trying out the three smilie, then hit the return suggestion of Webbie\'s. Totally his fault as usual...I like your poem. That was nice. I miss Mick\'s poems too,...I am fine, Sister Mine. Thanks for askin\', hope you are too....

Howdy Steph...Hello/bye-bye Mar. You both are busy, busy girls...Come to think of it I have to include Treasa in that busy catagory..Hi Treasa...

Annette, How was the birthday? Lots of wine makes you forget about a yellow chin (and everything else too). I\'ve hidden my new rocks in case you decide to sneak here and steal them. Especially since Liz mentioned you do have sticky fingers when it comes to rocks

Morning All-Yeah Pat that\'s how she is aaround the house too.

The shed was coming along good until this mornings rain. It cooled off last night & rains forecast for the next 2 or 3 days. We have 2 walls up & the 3rd almost sided & ready to stand up.

We\'ll take the rains, just a steady drizzle all morning & we are sending on to Steph as usual.

Well it\'s back to work, we are running 1/2 crew today, meetings & vacations are the plan for the rest of the week.

Ah, \"Last-Word Mies\", you WILL have it, won\'t you? Hehehehehe. I\'m scared to go you one better, I don\'t want to break the GB again. How are you, anyway, Sister/Friend?

Nice dogs on CAM 5, Mark Westlake. Lovely little spaniel in the middle. I\'d nick him or her in a minute and bring him home with me, if I had the chance.

I\'ve got lots on the agenda today, I\'m gone. Y\'all Take Care.

Ms. Annette must have been doing a lot of celebrating. Looks like she\'s still incapacitated.

Hi, Mar, and Hi, Steph. Enjoy your little vacation before school starts, Steph. My Grandgirls are already back in school, Georgia schools started 2 weeks ago. Erin got picked for her school girls\' softball team. She\'s pretty puffed up about that.

Micilin, I miss your occasional poem. What do you mean about \"the steps of Fort Apache\"? Where are you going?

Mornin\'...

Thank you for the info on the wonderful vehicle on CAM 5 yesterday, S. O\'Muiri. Good for the owner...helps him get around his difficulty. We all have difficulties, some show and some don\'t. Reminds me of one of my favorite poem snippets;

\"Ring the bells that still can ring.

Forget your perfect offering.

There\'s a crack in everything.

That\'s how the light gets in.\"

Hi Patricia. What looks like a mirror on his machine is infact the top of his crutch. The man who owns this machine has only one leg and has made this machine for getting around vintage shows. He displays a large paraffin powered engine running a generator.A truly inventive person. Also adopted his own vintage landrover to manual clutch and throttle.

Hah, I see that Mies is nowhere to be seen. She gets scarce when there\'s trouble. She broke the Guest Book too, and did you see how she tried to put the blame on poor Mr. Mies? I can attest to the fact that his post was already on here, and perfectly fine, earlier. Good for her, way to go, woman!

That\'s better. That is more what I wanted. I wonder if I could add 2 more icons on at the end of each row, and a few more rows??!!!

Hmmmmm.......Better not do it. I\'ll break it again, and Webbie will kill me. Next time it will be worse than \"stand up against the wall\".

Anyway, Happy Birthday, Annette. She\'s not on here tonight, Guys. I\'ll bet the lady with the yellow chin partied too much today. Hehehehehe.
