Hello everyone, I see it\'s peaceful tonight. I hardly have no time to write today, I\'m starving and I still haven\'t had supper! I went to the doctor today, he said that I must go through this \"small operation\", but he told me to visit another doctor in his team, another one who\'s much more expert on knees and this kind of operations, and I\'ll be visiting him on Sept. 16th, so I have to wait for a bit longer... He told me I\'ll sleep one night in the hospital, and then I\'ll be fully recovered within 10 days, with no need of rehabilitation or special gym or anything like that... We\'ll see...

Liz, say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! to your Kerry, I hope she had a great day, and you too, of course, did she celebrate a big party? And how is Reghan today?

Maria Asunción, I heard in the news that it was specially sunny and hot in your area today, I hope you’ll sleep properly tonight… in front of a good ventilator!!!

I hope the fires in USA and in Oz will be controlled soon

Off to watch the TV, they have a program about Spanish people living in L.A., it might be interesting... Tomorrow I\'ll tell you what my doctor told me, we\'ll see... Take care and have a great Tuesday! :w

Patricia, I hope I’ll have my knee fixed soon, I can’t stand this situation any more: I can\'t run, nor go up or down stairs in a proper way, nor ride a bike, nor bend the knee more than a few degrees… I truly hope it’ll be fixed soon, pleeeaaassseee… That wasp trap, is it one of these with purple lights in it? They have them here in many butcheries, but I think they’re more for flies, rather than for wasps

Happy Birthday Kerrie

I\'m working this week in our new store in Hayden, Idaho. It\'s about an hour drive over here, only about 40 miles. It\'s my first time here & it\'s a great new building with all state of the art heating & lighting. But for 15 million US it should be nice. It\'s like a new car, it still has that new building smell

Happy belated birthday to Kerrie, Liz.

Mike CA, that is Webbie\'s ambition...to have a pint in every pub in Ireland in his lifetime. Of course, they keep opening new ones all the time, so he never stops drinking. It\'s a dirty job, but somebody\'s got to do it.

Everybody have a good week.

Pat-One tournament left & it\'s just a 1 day event. It\'s the Casey McKern Balls & Chain Tournament. It\'s a fun non-points event, for mixed teams, with bribes & lots of fun stuff. It is to raise money for the Casey McKern Foundation. Casey fished our circuit until he dove into Lk. Roosevelt & broke his neck, now he is confined to a wheelchair.

I think the landslide was caused by them lowering the lake level for a salmon flush. They normally lower the water level in the spring, but changed this year to save water to flush salmon smolt to the sea. In spring the ground is frozen & more stable. They dropped the lake level 15\' in the 3 days prior to the landslide. That\'s just my theory though. But as long as they won\'t address the real reason there are fewer salmon, shore to shore netting in the river, we will have these things happen.

Are you all through with the tournaments and fishing stuff for the year, Mieses? Sounds like a bad landslide at that lake...what caused it?

Mies, I\'m sorry about your wasp stings. They do really hurt for a long time, much worse than a bee sting. I do like my wasp trap, it\'s kept the little b*****ds off my front porch for several years. I got it the time I opened the front door and one flew in and stung me on the cheek. I was pretty hacked about that.

Hey, Mar. That knee thing will be OK. Both Eamon and Mr. Mies have had their knees immproved, and seem to think it\'s worth it. You\'ll be fine, Chickie.

Gotta go, Y\'all be good.

Jeez, Liz. Jim and Inch High are closing in on Phil, working hard at it, and you are accusing them of slacking off.

Jim, great bike tour of Dublin. I saw Liberty Hall, and got sort of oriented that way, went under the LUAS underpass, saw Webbie\'s buildings, then O\'Shea\'s. Was that Summerhill that you turned right off Gardiner on to? I got lost there, absolutely disoriented from there on, but it was one hell of a ride. Thanks. Enjoyed it.

Mr. Mies & Micilin, can I come riding the range, too? Which should I wear, my black Hidalgo cowboy hat, or my summer white straw one? Never mind, the black one is too dressy for punching cows, and the white one has that nice, stepped on by a cow several times bashed in look. That will be perfect.

Yee-hah!

Hi all-Mick one spelling error in all these years, you\'re excusedMaybe we can ride the range together some day.

Mar-Good to have you back. One thing I learned with my knees, don\'t wait to have your doctor fix it. I put mine off for several years & every step I took hurt. Now I can walk, bike & do almost anything almost pain free, except for the normal old age stuff

Our fishing day went off without any problems. Even though it started with a torrential downpour, but the rain stopped just before the kids showed up, the sun came out & it was a pleasant day.,

Well off to do a little trim work on the shed & then a bike ride & BBQ with our daughter & her husband.........
