Jack 1 what you should tell them is that stupid people with cats let them loose in the bush because they don\'t want them any more and they become feral and kill the natural wildlife,so they have to be trapped and destroyed, they are a big problem,so if you are in the bush in Australia and you see a feral cat DESTROY IT

I think I won’t be here the next days. Tomorrow will be our ‘girls’ meeting’ to prepare the last things for our trip in October. And then we got an invitation for a BBQ with friends for next Friday. And on Saturday we will go to a concert in a town about an hour-drive away from us. So, full programme.

Take care all. Off with me to my work again…

Hello everybody, I’m just ready with some work and need a break.

Mr Mies, very interesting cougar story. And I’m impressed that there are really so many of them around your place. Be careful. Rocky Racoon causes enough trouble, you know.

Liz, that’s nice you had a great day. I’m a bit late but ‘Congratulations’ to the newly-weds.

I’m out here. The rest of my work is waiting. And the pile of work is rising, too. I have to google ‘Texas Bluebonnets’. Those must be blue flowers. Pat’s favourite colour. By the way Pat, what about your second planting of tomatoes? Are they growing?

Hey, Phillis. Nice to see you again. I planted some Texas Bluebonnets a few weeks ago...don\'t know if they will do well here or not.

Cleeks...Webbie will sometimes put up a link to something on YouTube for us to click on, music we like, often Irish, or something funny or newsworthy. Scroll back and look for them, you\'ll see \"Webbie\" on the left of the post, and they are usually in bold type.

Have a nice day, and \"welcome\" to you.

Pat

Happy Birthday, Sue. I hope you have a great one.

Lordy, Father O\'Mahoney has given us a whole new Beatitude...and I\'m not sure if it was the sentiment or the language used in the assessment of Guinness in America. I claim \"Not Guilty\" on both counts. As an American, I am allowed to express my opinion on anything at all, Free Speech is sacred here, and the term used is perfectly polite Middle English, probably borrowed from the French. Think of the little Manekin Pis in Brussels. Nobody writes new Church Doctrine about that, do they?

Wot??!!! No cleeks this morning?

Hah. Wicked are they that do not post cleeks for they shall be forced to drink something that tastes like horse piss out of cans for the rest of their days.

Bye!

Mick-Our Dept. of Fish & wildlife estimates the cougar population at about 2400 but they usually underestimate everything.

I remember the song about the Blue Ridge Mountains & the trail of the lonesome pine. We had a trail going up a draw by our house in So. Dak. & beside the trail was the only wild pine tree in about 50 square miles. We had lots of trees, oaks, maple, cottonwoods, ash, walnut, all leaf trees, but only the one pine tree. I wonder if after 50 some years it\'s still standing

Yup it looks like a very happy dog on CAM5. My friend Chuck just got an English Setter pup, Molly she\'s only 8 weeks old. I haven\'t seen her yet, but if she hunts 1/2 as good as her dad she\'ll be great. Ruff, her dad is amazing to watch on point in heavy cover.

We had frost in some areas around here this morning. It was 39F at our house at 6:30AM, as I said fall is in the air. Fall is my favorite season, except it\'s followed by winter & that 4 letter word S**W

Have a good day.

I\'ve been looking at the wet sidewalks on the CAMS, and suddenly the sun came out. Beautiful. I must conclude that I brought the sunshine to Dublin today. You\'re welcome.

Love that happy dog on CAM 5. Looks like a setter, but isn\'t the right color. Has that setter attitude it seems, likes to play. If I had a nickel for every wet, slobbery dirty tennis ball I\'ve thrown for a setter, I\'d be a rich woman.

Our long Labor Day weekend is over here, it\'s back to business today, never mind that little tummy ache you\'ve got from eating too much picnic food yesterday. I couldn\'t resist the do-it-yourself fajitas, myself. Those were new on the covered dish menu for our gathering yesterday. Guacamole. Yum.

I\'m off to check out the cleeks, Webbie. Thank you, I\'ll be OK today.

Hello chaps.

Looks like another rainy day in Dublin.

Murglin sort of day here, overcast and damp with a warm westerly breese and a short Indian summer forcast for the end of the week.

Liz - Hope you have a grand time at the wedding.

A clip in the ear hole - blimey I had a few of them from me dear ol\' ma - suppose I deserved them

Mr Mies - Wow didn\'t realise cougars were that common.

Patricia - Blue Ridge Mountains, just the name gives me goosbumps.

Been reading novels by James Lee Burke, the latest set in Montana and I\'m sure getting a hankering to see some of the places he writes about.

Nice pic on 5 love to see a dog having fun
