Cont.

Mies, I remember that one about the little doggie and seeing if he could swim. not exactly the same though, the ending doesn\'t sound familiar about the alligator purse.

Those things are probably regional, I remember moving to the Midwest and hearing \"Ring rround the rosie, Pocket full of posies, Ashes, ashes, all fall down\". We didn\'t do \"Ashes, ashes\" in the East, we said \"Pussy-cat, pussy-cat, all fall down\".

Then there is

Teddy bear, teddy bear, turn around,

Teddy bear, teddy bear, touch the ground,

Teddy bear, teddy bear, show your shoe,

Teddy bear, teddy bear, skidoo, skidoo!

Forgot to bring my mail in today, now I\'ve got to go out with the flashlight and get it. It\'s grown dark.

Bye!

Whew! That was exhausting!...Never made it past \"I had a little puppy\".

I wish Mr. Mies would\'ve kidnapped Gordon the baby Giraffe. He is so cute. He could sleep on the end of our bed at night. I could take him for walks in the neighborhood. I bet I wouldn\'t have to worry about raccoon attacks...WAIT! I\'d have to bring along a poop scoop and probably a VERY large bag as that\'s the polite thing to do. Hmmmm, maybe not such a good idea after all. Never mind, I\'ll just look at his photos instead..

Okay enough of my silliness..off to search for a microwavable treat

Has Mar gone back to the beach? Is it safe for me to here right now...

I see everyone\'s been jump roping today...Am I to late to join in?

I had a little puppy

His name was Tiny Tim

I put him in the bathtub to see if he could swim

He drank all the water, he ate a bar of soap

The next thing you know he had a bubble in his throat.

In came the doctor, In came the nurse,

In came the lady with the alligator purse

Out went the doctor

Out went the nurse

Out went the lady with the alligator purse

Hi everyone, I\'m almost on my way to bed (after another relaxing afternoon in the beach), but I\'ve seen the picture I took on Sept.24th in the Columbus Square during the huge local festivity here (the Merced), the city was full of activities for children, and this game of jumping the rope was part of a sort of competition for children, who had to pass several trials and tests (consisting on different types of games) to get a gift, loads of children had a great day playing and having fun. Thank you for showing it, Webbie

Off to bed now, take care and have a great Wednesday! (and rest of the week, of course)

Webbie-We have a customer who raises all kinds of exotic animals, kangaroos, zebras, several types of antelope, & now a giraffe. Yesterday was show & tell here & the Purina feed mill across the street, where he buys Giraffe & Zebra chow. Gordon, the giraffe, is 4 1/2 months old, 6\" 4\" tall, & weighs 250#.

Webmaster-Comment: ...thanks for that. My first thought were that there was a circus in town. A giraffe might not be the easist of pets and certainly not kangaroos.
Thanks for the info.

Bluebells, cockle shells, eevy ivy over! (turning the rope only half way, then over on over to continue)
My mother sent me to the store
And this is what she sent me for:
Salt,
Vinegar,
Peppers!
(The enders turn the rope fast while everyone counts to see who can skip the longest.)

Nice pic on CAM 5, Mar. Little girls all over the world love to jump rope, I guess.

NEVER LET THE ROPE GO EMPTY

E - M - P - T - Y!!!

You jump in on one side, and jump while singing that, then at the end you jump out on the other side, and another person jumps in, and you run around the back of the person turning the rope, and get back in line to jump in again.

I forgot about that one, I\'ll have to teach it to the Grandgirls.

I see our Webbie has erased all evidence of his bleeping, just to make it look like I\'m a crazy lady, after he made Meis and me swear like that. Aren\'t you ashamed for leading us astray, Webbie? Tsk, tsk. I\'m telling Father O\'Mahoney. He\'ll give you a terrible penance.

Hope Everybody is having a good week.

Annette, mothers’ meals are the best, aren’t they? Ask Franka, ha, haaa… You’d have enjoyed the air race in the Beach very much, I’m sure Hey, I also cleaned my drawers and closets of useless things I was keeping for years without ever using them, and you’re right: I put several bags out in the trash, but now I have a small amount of things that I want to keep, and I don’t know where to put them, even though now I have several wardrobes empty! Am I nuts or what? I hope you’re enjoying yout girls trip right now, take loaaaads of pictures!!!!

Madame Woo, long time no see!!!!! Could you please put a bit of order here, and tell everyone, specially the new ones (and some of the old ones), which words we can use and which ones we should banned forever? I think there’s a bit of confusion about it, some people in Oz and Washington are using the word “pi*k” naturally, as if nothing happened!!! And also, the one from Washington seems to be unable to write a whole correct sentence with the word \"bag\" in it at the first attempt, and she’s having visions of words that aren’t written here, it seems she actually needs a bit of help too…

Webbie, I loved all the videos (Platters, Roy Orbison, Boney M, Cher, that cute Matthew Lombart, the Manfreds in Erfurt!, and the Irish music…) That young boy can tell anything, that slow worm is not a snake, but personally I think that anything with no legs and sticky skin is some kind of snake, and nothing’s going to convince me to change my mind!!!! Is it true? Can we say “4ket” here without being punished? Me too? However, everybody else can say \"pi*k\" and nothing happens, it\'s not fair!!! <--(I was anxious for using this smilie, I must admitt it... )

Mick, take a good care of your beloved and useful worms, but don’t send them here! We have enough small (and not so small) snakes here (some of them were at the militar parade this morning, in a preferent location…) Don’t worry, I have already warned PHYLLIS (AND OTHERS...) about the use of the word “pi*k” here in the GB, and I’m sure she’ll be more careful the next time… Did you enjoy the battle re-enactments this weekend? When will you go again to the Lake District? I feel envious!!!

Pat, hello, my best wishes for Lauren, I hope she’ll win all her coming matches, she’s a natural winner Do you still have vinyl records? They say they’re coming back, a new fashion or something like that, but I stick to DVD’s and CD’s, I’m afraid Glad to know Mrs.Cat is ok, there’s a special tool for putting pills inside a cat’s mouth, but still, you have to open the cat’s mouth anyway… good luck, friend Purple colour again for this winter? It’s been the fashionable colour for the last 2 years, I have purple clothes, but I’m a bit fed up now!

MIES!!!! I\'ve seen you!!!! You\'d better run, or otherwise not even Madame Woo will save you this time (I recommend that you wait and read the post I have prepared for Madame Woo, you and your personal welfare are involved) Apart from this:

have you already eaten all those tomatoes you had? Or have you been able to get rid of them somehow? Let me tell you, the worms poem was a bit disgusting, don’t you think? You’re right, if you ever see a raccoon again, just run! (such a scary story, the raccoons attacking that poor woman…) If you respect the ban on the word “pi*k”, I’ll respect your banning on the word “sn*w”, until then... SN*W, SN*W, SN^W!!!!
