Hello everyone, I\'m tired again after a gym session, but I\'ll sleep perfectly tonight, I\'m sure. I hope you\'re all ok

Pat, great to see your holiday is going well, enjoy your time with your family and friends

Phillis, how nice, that your granddaughter is the one who loves hunting and not the grandson… Power to women!!! Great to know your mom is better, she’ll be running soon, I’m sure!

Mies, today it was a day full of road accidents here too, due to the bad weather, with several people killed or injured, too bad Ice? Fog? Bbbrrrhhh…

Mr.Mies, “darker than the inside of a cow”? Uuuugghh, pi*king nasty!

Mick-I think I like \"blacker than a Badgers armpit\" better than our saying \"darker than the inside of a cow\". Same meaning different parts of the world. Seems the only universal saying is \"p**k\"

Hello chaps

Still here, just bogged down again.

Hope you are all well and looking forward to Santa visiting.

It\'s only 5.15pm and already as black as a badger\'s armpit outside, but at least I get to take the dogs for their evening walk in the woods in peace.

We\'ve a meeting with that p**k woman in the morning to outline

our duties and responsibilities

Could get kind of interesting.

Nice pic on 5 by the way, guess I better start firing of a few to the webmaster.

Mornin\'...

Well, woke up to a lot of ice and fog. Many auto accidents around town. Another sign of coming winter. Grrrrrrr...

Liz, I\'m sure you meant you are the \"better\" person..

Phillis, that\'s great about your Mom.

Annette, enjoy your celebrations...

I wonder if our \"Ms Pedal to the Metal\" is coming home soon? Seems like months that she\'s been gone. I\'m sure BOB misses her too. He\'s probably getting his tools all shined up & ready to reverse that speed thingie Webbie was talking about.

Off for another cup of coffee...Have a good one ya all

Annette, Have a drink for me too. Heck, I might do it myself. Mr. M and I am so glad that the \"Wall\" went down as we might not have met a nice person like you otherwise. My friend Susan\'s Dad was in the Army and a guard at one of the checkpoints. Not sure of the exact place and time frame he was there, but Susan said after he passed away she got the piece of the wall that he brought back as a keepsake. It meant a lot to him too. It truly is a time of celebration for you and a symbol for all who are free.

Cheers

Probably, because there was the \'real wall\'. But in fact Berlin (and the wall) is just the symbol of all the things that happened here around as the change started much earlier in many different towns throughout the country when several hundred thousand of people protested against the government and risked their lives as there were many soldiers and police and the secret police. But, of course, it isn\'t as much spectacular to show how the spring guns came down around the whole country as to show the fall of the wall and the euphoria there.

ANYWAY, THE RESULT IS KNOWN AND THAT\'S WHAT COUNTS FOR ME:

I\'ll have a glass of champagne to you all.

Have a nice start into the new week all.
