I read about Liam Clancy in the papers the other day. I remember them from my younger days when my aunt played their music constantly one ummer. Loved \'em. I read where they wanted to be actors originally. Isn\'t it funny how God puts us where He wants...

Congrats on Bruce\'s stability, Steph. Sorry about the cold. It\'s 26 here with a bitter north wind and I think I\'M Cold...

Treasa, wow. Prayers for your brother.

He was pretty seriously ill until Saturday, when thankfully, he turned the corner and is now much better. The trouble was that they couldn\'t get his oxygen levels up, because even with forcing oxygen into his lungs, it didn\'t do any good. Anyway, thankfully now he is on the mend again.

The driver of the other car was a man in his 80s, who thankfully escaped injury.

Hope you are all keeping well.

I also have 415 unread mails!!

Will keep you all updated..

Stay well everyone.

Treasa.

Hi everyone,

Absent for a long period again. Seems every time I try to establish my daily link with the GB something hinders me.

Hope you are all well. I must be a magnet for disaster!

My brother (he who is on the lung transplant list) had a serious accident almost two weeeks ago. He is coming around now, but the past week has been scary. He was coming from the pharmacy with his weekly quota of medicines, when a car drove out in his pathway. He does not wear a seat belt because of restrictions to his chest, so the upshot was that his chest impacted with the steering wheel, and his head was imprinted on the windscreen.

Steph-I read that about Bruce on Caring Bridge today & it was great news. Yeah no Global Warming here either it was -3f when I left for work at 7am. It may have got up to 17, but was windy. Nothing above freezing in the next 5 days & 1\' of p*nking sn*w coming this weekend. I hope not, but the snow blower is full of gas & right by the garage door just in case.

Hi guys!!! I\'ve been well been stressed, and haven\'t had much time to spend on the computer. I do have some great news!!! Bruce\'s kidney\'s are working 48%. He no longer needs dialysis!!! Now I can rest, and do homework, and hang out with you guys! Isn\'t this great news? The only bad news is that we haven\'t been in the 20\'s for over two weeks. The high today was -2. And tonight the temp is suppose to dip down to the -20\'s. I do wear layers, but boy it would be nice for the 30\'s F. I don\'t see global warming right now, just an ice age!

Well Love and Hugs, and prayers.

Lovely photo Pat, but are you SURE they are azaleas? Seems like Mr. M & Webbie say different..

Thanks Webbie, that is wonderful news about Steph & Bruce...I\'ll pass on the mooning as it\'s toooo cold here, but will stand up and cheer

Jack 2, glad all went well with your operation and your on the mend..

Annette, that\'s awful. I hope Robert\'s wallet is found with all his stuff in it.

Liz, one week old...Wow, where does the time go?. Actually, it does slip by fast and in no time they are grown...

Busy day today. Crunch time to get stuff done for the holidays...

Have a good one ya all..

That\'s too bad about Robert\'s wallet, Annette, I hope you find it. It\'s a real bother to replace all those things, no wonder your life is ruined.

It\'s good your leg operation went well, Jack 2. Now you can dance at Jack 1\'s wedding celebration when they come back to Oz.

Bye.

Mornin\'...

Excellent news about Steph\'s Bruce, Webbie. It\'s very good to hear that. Steph must be so happy.

Annette...brilliant idea about putting red Christmas balls on the tomatoes. That will probably be the only red, round things they ever sport. I\'ll do it, but they will have to be tiny ones, the plants are so spindly that any weight at all would bend the branches to the ground. A good wind would blow those plants away.

I\'m off to Tallahassee today, Y\'all be good.

Pat, thanks for your nice photo of the camelia and the beautiful azaleas. They really give us an idea of spring. Oh, and perhaps you can decorate your tomato plants with some red Christmas balls. And please, let us know about the book that you mentioned. I looked for it but it isn\'t available in German yet.

Phillis, when we were in Dublin I took some photos of Bewley\'s Cafe in Crafton Street. And I was in for a coffee with my daughter and with Mar. I will send you the photos of it. *sigh* ...when I ever will find some time to do it.

See you later all.
