Hey Webbie, will you make sure he gets to the minister on time, I wish I could be there for the ceremony but I had to have this blockage cleared in my right leg,I had the operation yesterday and at the moment all went well, but I am sure Jack and Jenny will have another ceremony when they get back to Perth. Pat, thanks for your nice photo of the camelia and the beautiful azaleas. They really give us an idea of spring. Oh, and perhaps you can decorate your tomato plants with some red Christmas balls. And please, let us know about the book that you mentioned. I looked for it but it isn\'t available in German yet.

Phillis, when we were in Dublin I took some photos of Bewley\'s Cafe in Crafton Street. And I was in for a coffee with my daughter and with Mar. I will send you the photos of it. *sigh* ...when I ever will find some time to do it.

See you later all.

Geez, I\'m late with answering mails and reading posts and looking for cleeks... I hoped for a cozy evening yesterday to tell you about the events over the last weekend but Robert put the cat among the pigeons again. He plays table tennis in a club and when he came back from training he missed his wallet with identity card, cash card, annual ticket for public transport, student identification card, money and some more... I jump in a triangle since 7 this morning to call the school, the gym, the bank and so on. And I\'m out in a few minutes to have a look in the lost property office. But the wallet might also have been stolen from the changing room of the gym.

But before I go...

Great news for Bruce and Steph yesterday. All those who were praying for the couple please stand up - the rest of you can go \"moon\"....lorl.

Seriously it is great news that all is returning to normal for Bruce.

CV - your equivalent is \"resume\" with the fada on the \"e\" at the end.

Bewleys is, as Liz said, very much for real and a \"national institution\".

Mike Ca, that mooning festival is the funniest thing I ever heard of. Who would do that except those crazy Californians. I love it.

I see my azaleas are gracing CAM 5, today. Thanks Mr. Mies and Eamon, that shot was a happy accident. I couldn\'t do that with a camera if I wanted to, but I\'ll tell you why the photo is effective. One flower near the center is lighter, brighter, and more detailed than the others, and that is exactly what good floral painters do, they feature one flower in a painting, and soften and dull the others a little for background. It\'s subtle, but it directs attention to that one blossom, and makes a better picture. Now you will forever look at floral paintings in a different way, and know why paintings of flowers are often more beautiful than reality. If that hadn\'t happened, that pic could look like a floral print fabric, pretty, but with no sparkle or focal point. Thought you\'d like to know that. You\'re welcome.

Hello to all the GB friends;;Phillis the moon the Amtrack takes place in Mission Viejo..about 5 miles from here

ever summer. At a little pub called\" MUG\'S AWAY \" next to the rail line between San Diego and LA. It is a real big party with people lined up for a block facing the train ,and when it comes by they all turn and moon the train..then it is back to the pup until the next train. You can take the AMTRACK from San Juan Capastraino to Mission Viejo if you want to be the moon e or stay at the pub and be a moon er Great fun let me know if you want to attend and I will inform you when it will be this year

Thanks, Liz and Pat for the photos..Pretty camellia and love the china pieces in background..

The \"day that will live in infamy\" is here. God Bless America\'s military, wherever they may be.

Pat, got the camellia. It\'s lovely and the thought too. Spring can\'t arrive soon enough for me. Fortunately,I don\'t have the temps the Mies\' are enduring. Jiminy Cricket, that\'s too p*nking cold for me.

Not up to par today. Don\'t think it\'s flu, but something close.

Liz, even if you break Jack\'s leg, he\'s still got another to kick us with...i can\'t run that fast!

Mar, hope you\'re having fun. Annette, this side of the pond has awakened, how is your day going?
