Pat-No worrys, I know when that birthday is. I should I\'ve been fishing the last 3 years on that day. This year we rescheduled our February Freezeout so it wasn\'t on that weekend. I\'m going pheasant hunting instead

I\'m leaving tomorrow to work in our Pasco store for 3 days. Then to our State Capitol, Olympia for a meeting with Fish & Wildlife on Saturday. Our plan is to leave about 2am, have breakfast in Olympia before the meeting, then make the long drive home at about 2:00pm. We are going to take Mies to Millfords Oyster & Chowder House for dinner Sunday evening. I think it\'s going to be a long weekend.

Hmmmmm. I see I was wrong about the date of you-know-who\'s birthday. It\'s not tomorrow, but on Sunday the 21st. Less than a week off, Big Deal! Nobody\'s perfect. I hope my mistake didn\'t cause you to have an upset tummy and to get some gray hairs, Mr. Mies. Hehehehehe.

I need to go lie down in a dark room with a cold cloth on my forehead, like Micilin

does.

Runnin\'!

Ah, you\'d better be runnin\' Mr. Mies, if you value your own limbs. That was righteous indignation, Webbie lost my Valentine greeting to you all. Besides, I have a lot to do, keeping the entire Universe in running order. Jeez.

I think we wished Steph a happy birthday on the 5th, unless Webbie deleted all those, too.

And somebody else has a birthday tomorrow, which I would advise you, especially you, not to forget, unless you are looking for worse than having your arms and legs torn off. You\'re welcome.

Bye. Grandgirls will be here soon.

What an appropriate picture for this day on Cam5. Thanks, Mark Westlake and Webbie.

Happy Valentine\'s Day to all and everyone.

Mick, I hope your wife is on the mend. All the best to her and here are some extra hearts.

Strange weather here, too, Pat. We usually get snow in winter and it\'s cold for a certain period but we didn\'t have such a long, cold and rich in snow winter for a long long time. And I wish it would end right now. But we got new snow over the last days and temperatures dropped again.

Liz, we got some sun today, too. But it wasn\'t strong enough to melt the snow. Though, it was nice to see the sun still exits.

I think we missed it, where\'s Pat when you need her? Oh yeah, she was complaining about some missing hearts or something & threatening grievous bodily harm. Since when is it all about her

WOT??!!!

Webbie, you deleted my \"Happy Valentines Day Everyone\" message, with all those nice hearts on it, and put up cleeks that don\'t work!

And what are those icons on the right...Holy Mackerel, can we delete messages now?

I\'m telling you, I don\'t like what\'s going on around here, my life is ruined, and somebody better straighten up, or here comes somebody to tear his arms and legs off.

Hummmmmph!

Morning all-Beautiful day here too Pat. Liz\'s sunshine must have stopped here on it\'s way toward you. I\'m not sure but we may be tied now for snowfall this year.

Jane-Nice moose on CAM5 today, looks just like the one that crossed the road in front of us a few weeks ago. Our moose population is expanding & we get several every year here in town. Nothing like in Alaska though.

We are off to the DMV to get our drivers licenses renewed, as soon as we find enough ID to get the enhanced version, which acts like a passport, so we can visit Canada or Mexico. Something we never thought of until Debbie went to Canada last week.

Tragic news about the Georgian luge athlete being killed in practice at the Olympics.

Well it\'s run, run, run now

I got the sun you sent, Liz. It\'s beautiful here today.

Nice moose on CAM 5, Janey. Friend of yours? Hehehehehe.

It looks like there is less snow in Alaska than in Washington DC. Very odd.

I\'m off to do Saturday housecleaning chores. Bummer. Y\'all keep warm.

Nice cleeks, Webbie. Thank you. There\'s not a country singer around now that can hold a candle to Jim Reeves. At least I don\'t think so.

It\'s been raining all day, and we have had enough rain in the last week to cause some minor flooding. I don\'t like the cold either, Liz and Annette, it\'s that damp cold that gets into your bones, and even though I have central heat I\'ve been running the gas fireplace all day, it takes away some of the dreariness.

However, Life is good, and I\'ve got a new Tex-Mex casserole in the oven made with salsa verde, which is new to me, and chicken and queso fresco and lots of fresh cilantro, which I love. The recipe called for Chihuahua cheese, as well, but that isn\'t available here. It says you can substitute mozzarella or Monterey Jack, though. We\'ll feast tonight. If it turns out good, I\'ll let you know and you can have the recipe.

Y\'all have a nice weekend. And a nice Valentines Day.

Micilin, my wishes for a speedy recovery to Mrs. Micilin.

It is said that we had about an hour of mixed snow and rain here last night just after midnight, but I was sleeping and didn\'t see it. Very rare occurrence. It has been raining here all day, chilly and damp. 42F at the moment, and will drop to 29F tonight. Normal lows are in the 40\'s this time of year.

Yes, we have had strange weather this year. Strange enough to be hearing people ask what happened to global warming, we were talking about that at the office the other day, and remembering that it isn\'t really called \"global warming\" any more, now it\'s \"climate change\" which means that temperature extremes both hot and cold will get stronger, and big weather events like hurricanes and tornados and droughts will be worse. That seems to be happening.

This is the coldest winter I\'ve ever been in in North Florida, and it sounds like Phillis is having the same thing, and the Meises weather is screwed up, too. It is reported that some native plants that had been so common in places they had been named \"State Flowers\" are in danger of going extinct in some states. Very strange.

Howdy pardners

Sorry I haven\'t been around for a few days, but \'er indoors has been in hospital having surgery for women\'s problems\'

All is well, however, and she hopes to be discharged on Sunday.

Phillis - seems like the weather everywhere has gone pear shaped, rural Bedfordshire is experiencing the coldest weather for yonks.

Can\'t wait for the spring and some warm sunshine.

Liz my lover - happy Valentine\'s Day.
