Hi Phillis.

I went to have my shoulders seen to yesterday no physical exercises just a assessment to see what they can do for me, but she told me it is my posture when I sit at the computer I sit with my shoulders slumped forward and my shoulder blades over time are rubbing on my bursa\'s so she has put a strapping over my shoulder and down my back to keep me sitting upright and I have to go back in a week to see if it has done any good,at the moment it still hurts.

Liz, you and the hubby think alike. He also wonders what happened to a \"good punch up\". He says that\'s why things are so violent nowadays, because the young ones are not allowed to have a simple fight and things progress to violence because nothing is ever resolved. Here in Texas, if kids fight, they go to jail for it so the anger just simmers until it explodes.

Either that or we\'ve raised a generation of thoughtless hooligans.

Oh, come off it, Jack. Liz may have spoken to 100 \"girls\" at your house, but those posts were pure \"Jack\". So why did you comment on my love life if you aren\'t interested? Or find it of enough interest to comment about the moral implications of sending valentines to everybody? And how like you, to end up calling names when you are cornered. I suppose \"mackerel snapper\" was meant to be an unflattering epithet, but Holy Mackerel, I don\'t even know what it means. I\'ll relieve you of worrying about whether this post deserves a reply or not by giving you a little advice, as you feel so free to advise me from time to time as to how I should conduct my life. Get lost.

Warm here in Pasco, on the banks of the Columbia River, about 50F today & broken clouds. It\'s mainly an agricultural area & with the nice weather everyone is thinking of going back to the fields. It\'s also the hub for all the machinery repo\'s on the west coast. We get machines from all over to be rebuilt & resold or just turn over to an auction yard, it keeps the shop here very busy.

The creature from the Black lagoon will surface on Tuesday, here\'s a quote from the local paper about it. Should be fun.

The day’s events will begin with a 16-mile Run for Wakulla Springs, beginning at the state park and ending at the Capitol rally. Water from the spring will be carried by relay runners to the event, where the Creature from the Black Lagoon will be in attendance.\"

I hope it doesn\'t rain.

Everybody have a good day.

And Jack 1, if you want to comment on my character or morals and what it means when I send valentines to people, which isn\'t any of your business at all, or on my personal affairs such as my love life, which is rude and also none of your business, and which you know nothing about, why don\'t you stand up on your hind legs like a man, and do it under \"Jack 1\"? Why hide behind two of your imaginary people, I think it was \"Margaret\" and \"Jenny\". They are no more real than your \"Blaggard\" or any of the other characters you\'ve invented to say something creepy, so you don\'t have to take responsibility for it. Get a life.

Ha, Liz. I think it was probably me who removed your posts, and maybe my own valentine message when Webbie left the door to the delete button open. I clicked on the button a couple of times, but I didn\'t think it worked. Sorry, Liz. Sorry, Webbie. That was interesting, though, wasn\'t it, Liz? There were bad words on there to be automatically bleeped that I never even heard of! How about you? Hehehehehe.

We have a contractor who is supposed to start working on our poor kitchen floor this week. (remember the flooding?) it has taken us this long to get everything straightened out with the insurance company and find someone to do the work. I will be without a kitchen and have to eat out for several days. Just think, no dishes to wash...(insert happy face smilie here)

I can\'t get the smilies to work so you\'ll just have to use your imagination.

If I could think of something else to say, I would. So for now, good health to you all.

Deleted Valentines? How heartless! Today is my mom\'s birthday and she is thoroughly enjoying herself by resting in bed. Long day for her at church, silent auction and cake sale to raise funds. I, on the other hand, stayed in bed since I worked the overnight shift at the hospital last night. What a glorious gift from the hubby to let me sleep all day. Hope you all have had a wonderful day as well.
